LONDON (Alliance News) - AEW UK REIT PLC said Friday its net asset value per share increased 2.1% over the course of its second quarter.
For the second quarter ended June 30, the company's net asset value was GBP149.1 million or 98.40 pence per share, up from GBP146.0 million or 96.36p quarter-on-quarter.
Valuation of its property portfolio stood at GBP192.0 million, up from GBP191.3 million at the end of the first quarter ended March. On a like-for-like basis the valuation of the property portfolio increased by 1.7% over the quarter, the company said.
In respect of the second quarter, the company announced an interim dividend of 2p, which keeps the company on track to meet its annual target dividend of 8p.
AEW UK REIT shares were trading up 1.6% at 95.86p each.
