TRADING UPDATES: Block Energy ups production; SEEEN wins new customers

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

SEEEN PLC - London-based video editing platform - Wins further three customers. The first agreement is with US sports league A7FL Sports League and will see SEEEN drive all videos from the start of its new season on A7FL's website using CreatorSuite as well as give access to SEEEN's YouTube optimisation services. Second its with a unnamed UK financial markets publisher to drive videos to its website. Final agreement is with an unnamed US web publisher to join the company's multi-channel network.

Block Energy PLC - London-based oil and gas company focused in Georgia - Reports a production of 46.1 million barrels of oil equivalent in the first quarter of 2022, up 33% from 34.6 million barrels of oil equivalent in the final quarter of 2021. Revenue in the quarter, however, drops 7.4% to USD2.4 million from USD2.6 million in the fourth quarter of 2021. Says production was impacted due to well WR-38Z being off-line.

Mast Energy Developments PLC- London-based developer of reserve power generations plants - Says it is in the process of finalising a proposed acquisition of a 7 megawatt construction-ready synchronous gas reciprocating site. Decides to prioritise and fast-track the acquisition. Once complete, company expects production capacity of 25.4 megawatts. Also in process of finalising an equipment purchase agreement for synchronous gas reciprocating engines and associated equipment with 10.5 megawatt electricity generating capacity to fast-track electricity production at the site. Considering the re-purposing of Rochdale project and will investigate the feasibility to convert Rochdale into a battery-only site.

United Oil & Gas PLC - Dublin-based oil and gas company with assets in Egypt, the UK, Italy and Jamaica - Receives approval from the Ministry of Ecological Transition in Italy for the transfer of ownership of United Oil & Gas Italia SRL to Prospex Energy PLC. The agreement was signed in August 9 for a total consideration of EUR2.2 million.

AdEPT Technology Group PLC - London-based information technology provider - Reports "strong finish" to the year ended March 31 despite challenges arising from the pandemic, in particular supply chain disruption. Expects revenue and adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation to be broadly in line with current market forecasts. Adds over 100 new customers in the year. Looking forward, company expects supply chain issues to continue and "unavoidable" additional operating costs. Remains confident in long-term market opportunity.

Belluscura PLC - London-based medical device developer - Wins distribution and pricing agreement code from the US Defense Logistics Agency through its distribution partner Lovell Government Services Inc. The US DLA procures items from manufacturers and suppliers and provides them to the Department of Defense and other federal and state customers. Chief Executive Robert Rauker says: "Receiving the DAPA code opens up a significant sales opportunity for the X-PLOR as it is now available through the DLA system which includes the military installations, military hospitals and other federal and state agencies serviced by the DLA."
