LONDON (Alliance News) - Adams PLC Friday said it has placed 18.2 million shares at 4.4 pence each to raise GBP800,000 for the company.
The company said that the proceeds of the placing will be used to make investments and for general working capital purposes.
Adams said that three existing and one new shareholder have subscribed for shares.
ORA Ltd has subscribed for 3.1 million shares, giving it a total of 9.6 million shares representing 23.4% of the company's issued share capital.
David Richardson has subscribed for 2.7 million shares, giving him a total of 8.0 million shares representing 19.5% of the company's issued share capital.
Robert Quested has subscribed for 4.2 million shares, giving him a total of 7.8 million shares representing 18.8% of the company's issued share capital.
Henderson Volantis has subscribed for 8.1 million shares, which is its first share purchase, representing 19.7% of the company's issued share capital.
