LONDON (Alliance News) - Toilet tissue maker Accrol Group Holdings PLC said Wednesday it has appointed Simon Allport as independent non-executive director of the company.
Allport was a partner at Ernst & Young before retiring in 2017. Since then he held a series of non-executive and consultancy roles, the company explained.
Allport currently serves as a director of Fitzallan Ltd, the Enterprise Fund Ltd and Etale Ltd.
Accrol Group shares were trading up 0.8% at 23.68 pence each on Wednesday.
