(Alliance News) - Aberdeen Standard Asia Focus PLC on Monday said it has entered into a new loan agreement with Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC.
The two-year GBP20 million revolving credit facility replaces a previous USD25 million facility with the lenders, which matured on Friday.
Aberdeen Standard Asia said GBP18.2 million has been drawn down, and it was used to repay the recently-matured loan.
Shares in the company closed 0.2% lower at 944.00 pence each in London on Monday.
