Travis Perkins Share Price (TPK)

Yes, lovely shiny buildings but, directionless senior management in my opinion. The industry has gone a full circle, customers want knowledgeable staff and reliable service, hence independent merchants have sprung up and continue to do so from disgruntled TP Group company ex-employees.

Time is money which is what unreliable deliveries mean. Just my opinion and observations but, I am selling my shares to invest in ones that can give a more immediate return.

Profit forecast of £135Million and a Market cap £1.3b+£838m Debt = approx £2.2B

£135m= 6% profit on Mcap, not massively cheap and with the macro environment not clear and CEO's leaving you could argue it may head to £4

TPK should be around £14 maybe more. Why they are so low is mental really. TPK are remodelling themselves massively, new style branches, opening up all over the country, lots of refurbishments going on. The next one is Loanhead ccf (a TP company), TP Swansea (amazing big site) and a new TP in Bristol coming up. Plus more!

DenFos, you got your buy in price t £7 then? I got it at £6.90, its about time we realise the true value of the ppp shares / company. This is so undervalued IMO. We should be around £13-£14 IMHO

Absolutely, The New Oldham branch is a very nice one indeed. TP are remodelling themselves for the better but whats against TPK is the current climate, that's the downside of it but rest assured the contracts keep coming in and so does the work.
