Same here. I bought last week at 37p. Only 2% of my portfolio, which is relatively small for me, as I usually start at 3%, so I might add at a lower price. I probably won't wait for 30p though. Unfortunately I'm not that patient!

Yes, it probably suffers from being a new trust (and a small one). It still has properties being developed, and others unlet I think. It's hard to know what it will be like when it's reached a more mature state. I generally prefer to invest in things with a track record. I also usually go for companies with longer maturities on their debt, and preferably interest rates that were fixed when they were low. But I thought I'd make an exception as LABS is selling at such a big discount to NAV.

Seems I was too early (again) charging in last week at 38p. We're now at a whopping 55% discount to NAV, assuming one can believe the NAV, which makes no sense to me. If it hits 30p, which will be 20% down from my purchase, I'll likely buy more. The fact that LABS is a relatively new Trust is probably not helping.

These guys know what they're doing. short since Sept 23' and the price has dropped by 50%. Looks like they're now slowly unwinding as this reaches the bottom if its trading risk range. I'm a buyer at 30p and will ride to recovery (I don't think it gets past 60p even with a drop in IR - IMO DYOR)

Labs. Keeping a watchful eye on this , maybe worth a punt in the near future.
