At the AGM we saw the first signs that this gravy train was slowing for the BOD
They noted that 43% reject the re-election of Evan Kirby as a non-executive director. Say 43% oppose authority to allot securities for non-cash consideration purposes, while 43% vote against disapplication of pre-emption rights.
That was 6 months ago so they are already half way to the next AGM.
Questions should be asked as to why the company agreed an expenditure of £1.35m for a 12 month period that expired last March with Denarius, is worth barely £1m today ?... and why the expenditure agreement has not been renewed ?
In fact there are dozens of very relevant questions that should be asked if only the traditional Bulls here had not lost interest like Lawrence.
Bottom line is if you don’t manage the SP then little point in managing the company unless you want to keep the SP down….hmmm now I wonder why the want to do that……
