Wow, so many sensitive souls on the board. There are many, many reasons why an Sp does what it does and not everything is tranparant. As most know AIM is poorly regulated, so always be prepared................for the unexpected. Prices rise, prices fall and sometimes when no one is interested, they stagnate. I prefer the moving Sp (and as for knowing the reason it moves) ???????
My understanding is that a RNS has to be issued if it is deemed to have a material effect within the Company and its shareprice. I.E news, financial results, takeover announcement anything that will materially effect the Company. The advisers, brokers, legal team, corporate division and senior management will get together and collabrate with a statement, RNS, as is required under the listing terms of such organisation like the London Stock Exchange. (unless of course some devious insider wishes to take advantage with scrupulous behaviour!!)
Yes, they could of released the RNS before the fall.............sorry forgot it doesn't work that way. Hindsight is so easy. Today's market activity has created opportunites for some AND pain for others. Tick tock.
Its all relative to how much money you have and to what you may believe for the future. Having played Qfi for several years, I have no intention of taking up the OO and will just watch with interest (so what if I get diluted)
