From the M Fool........ https://www.fool.co.uk/investing/2018/03/13/conviviality-plc-isnt-the-only-top-value-stock-id-buy-right-now/ Improving outlook The company in question is cellular material technology specialist Zotefoams (LSE: ZTF). It reported a record 2017 financial year for sales and profits. Revenue increased by 22% to 70.15m, experiencing strong growth across its business. This helped to push reported profit, before tax and exceptional items, to an all-time high of 8.81m. This is an increase of 22% and shows that the companys strategy appears to be sound. During the period, Zotefoams was able to complete its major US capacity expansion investment thats now producing high-quality foam. The company is also investing in capacity expansion as it prepares for future growth. And while the macroeconomic environment remains uncertain, near-term growth potential remains high. Looking ahead to its performance in the current year, the stock is expected to record a rise in earnings of 8%. This is expected to be followed by growth of 24% next year. This puts the company on a price-to-earnings growth (PEG) ratio of just 0.9, which suggests that it offers excellent value at the present time. As such, now could be a good time to buy it for the long term.

Arden have produced a 16 page Buy note today on ZTF. I can't see a specific target price. They conclude "we see lots to like in the Zotefoams story and believe investors should continue to buy the stock."
Great to see SCSW picking up on ZTF this weekend as a new idea, concluding that the shares are "set to go higher". We can hopefully expect to see more coverage over the coming months.
http://www.iii.co.uk/articles/475142/gervais-williams%3A-top-stock-and-themes-2018 The only share he mentioned in this interview.
as it's been drifting since the Nike announcement, that will add to bottom line and current PEG expected to be around 1.6 so looks good value, results should confirm. US plant online this month and Croydon facility to increase future output so hopefully they can start to throw more cash off to shareholders in years to come

Gone long on ZTF Zoatfoams (pennant on chart) who should report next week. Some very bullish news in recent RNS: <a href='https://www.investegate.co.uk/zotefoams-plc--ztf-/rns/third-quarter-trading-update/201711010700041767V/' target='window'>https://www.investegate.co.uk/zotefoams-plc--ztf-/rns/third-quarter-trading-update/201711010700041767V/</a> .... 14 Dec 20177:00 am RNS Report FactsheetZotefoams PLC (ZTF)12 million investment planned at Croydon facility 13 Dec 20177:00 am RNS Report FactsheetZotefoams PLC (ZTF)Strategic Partnership with Nike https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DSsDF73WsAAkoBF.jpg
ZTF gets a nice mention from Gervais Williams - "the combined business could be quite exciting over the coming years"....... hTtps://tinyurl.com/y6v3z8zj
More good news today. It's significant that this investment is on the back of "strong customer interest", with demand expected to "continue to grow significantly". It all sounds so positive: Https://www.investegate.co.uk/zotefoams-plc--ztf-/rns/-12-million-investment-planned-at-croydon-facility/201712140700022514Z/ "Our pipeline of opportunities to sell higher margin HPP materials is developing very positively and, with strong customer interest in our products, we believe that now is the right time to invest in increased manufacturing capacity to support our future growth."
Zotefoams have a year end of 31st December. So this will not impact on the accounts for 2017. However I fully expect the accounts to be positive based on the interim's to 30th June Year end December 2016 Revenue £57.38m profit £6.99m (12%) Interim revenue £33.84m profit £4.10 all in all, many pluses for holding ZTF
Yep, this will make you a better footballer. Then a career on the track. No seriously a fantastic result for ZTF and their employees. Not to mention the shareholders. I wonder if this will impact on the accounts this year or next. ATB
Wow :o)) This under-the-radar stock is now firmly above the radar..... N+1 Singer have said this morning they "will review the financial implications of the partnership more fully in due course" for its effect on earnings and valuation, so presumably they will update/upgrade soon: Http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail/ZTF/13463218.html "ZOTEFOAMS ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH NIKE 13 December, 2017 - Zotefoams today announces that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Nike to develop footwear technology and supply materials for the global footwear, apparel and equipment company. Zotefoams, a leader in cellular material technology, will supply high-performance foam materials exclusively to Nike, within the footwear industry. Through the partnership, Zotefoams will work exclusively with Nike to develop and manufacture foam innovations to bring to market high-performance athletic product."
Not surprisingly the share price responded with an increase of nearly 15%. A well balanced company and I am pleased that ZTF are sitting in my p/f ATB
New video interview with the CEO - very bullish in a dour, Scottish way :o)) "The world is coming towards us", "unique products", "exciting new products" etc etc: http://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/stocktube/8503/zotefoams-plc-creating-truly-unique-and-unrivalled-plastic-foam-materials-8503.html?utm_source=Sign-Up.to&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=7163-371832-PROACTIVITY+-+07%2F12%2F2017 "Zotefoams plc creating truly unique and unrivalled plastic foam materials 10:25 07 Dec 2017 David Stirling, chief executive of Zotefoams Plc (LON:ZTF), tells Proactive they're a maker of high-end plastic foam materials. ''When you're making a foam two things matter - what plastic you start with and your foaming process''. ''Almost all of our business centres around using that unique process which is based around high pressure gas technology''. Stirling adds: ''We're the only people in the world using it and 80% of our sales are from products which are highly differentiated because of that''."
More info on N+1 Singer's upgrade: "Zotefoams is a high-quality business with significant long-term growth potential, says N+1 Singer. The broker says that it expects current trading momentum to continue into 2018, vindicating the investment that the polyolefin-foam manufacturer has made in the U.S. and Asia. N+ Singer raises its target price to 450 pence from 336 pence and reiterates a buy recommendation on the stock, which is currently unchanged at 394.25 pence."
N+1 Singer have this morning increased their target price to 450p and say Buy: Http://investing.thisismoney.co.uk/broker-views/
Lovely stuff..... Http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail/ZTF/13415713.html "Zotefoams is pleased to report continued strong trading during the third quarter, maintaining the momentum of organic sales growth experienced in the first half of the year. Full year revenues expected to be ahead of market expectations Adjusted profit before tax and exceptional items for the year ending 31 December 2017 expected to be at the top end of the range of market expectations" And: "Management continues to invest in its strong portfolio of growth prospects and to manage the higher growth rates of early stage opportunities. The order book for the fourth quarter gives confidence that the Company will exceed market expectations for Group revenue and therefore, at current foreign exchange rates, the Board expects adjusted profit before tax and exceptional items for the year ending 31 December 2017 to be at the top end of the range of market expectations. Commenting on the update David Stirling, Group CEO of Zotefoams, said: "We are delighted with the strong organic growth achieved across all business units during the third quarter of 2017. Our ambition is to establish ourselves as the world leader in cellular materials technology in our chosen markets. To achieve this ambition, we are investing significantly in new equipment and enhanced business capability. The Board is confident of another year of positive progress and about the long-term prospects for the business."
Most of their business is in Europe so they will also benefit from the drop in Euro however will there be a tariff put on their foam making cheaper EU manufactured foam more competitive? Also delays, allegedly, in getting the US up and running so maybe they will fall further. Overall they have a great product but the worry is how will they fill the capacity created in their UK operation by opening the facility in the States - reduce prices, and therefore margins?
