Excellent. A few more of these over the next few weeks and we are away. Great news.
Good RNS... Everybody sell lol
Nah! Not worth selling yet. Share price is pathetic for where it should be with news that delivers details and numbers. Not today's but in general.
When every bit of news just tells us the big picture and where detail us possible it's not given then we have weak traction to climb on news after news. Yawn
Twix i think that was a meant as a joke re selling, but do feel free to express your sunny disposition it's your money after all
Well, the joke seems to be coming true as it does after all positive rns releases.
You could have a million rns stating approval this and approval that. No numbers, no movement.
What we're our sales for non Nx Iona in AUS last year, what is our predicted market penetration with the new IONA Nx. Etc, etc. So much more info they could give us. But as usual it's the bare minimum, and the market reacts accordingly.
Twas a joke. Usual protocol for Ygen when good news lands.
it's all about ducks and lining
well at some point they will have to give figures to the market, now they will truly disappoint or we will go in to orbit in one fell swoop
It's about selling your successes too.
What is the total market worth in AUS, what was our share last year, what do we forecast that share might be with Iona Nx. We must have done some groundwork on this. Sell it.
With you Pacman - the sound of silence on those points is deafening... and irritating. I like LR but lack of projections, and figures seems amateurish to me.
They could have put so much more meaningful info into all their rns releases over the last 6 months.
They must be able to see that the info they are currently dishing out in rns releases isn't doing didly.
'Oh, we have to put out an RNS. Here, I've written it on the back of this fag packet.'
It's the bare minimum, always is, and just adds to the story here that they don't want to give PI's the full picture.
Do you think the insti's won't have been told about sales projections for our new products in every territory we cover or are entering.
We are an after thought.
We shouldnt have to hang out hats on that one rns that gives us the spike from 17p to 30p or whatever and alerts the mob for a few weeks until they smell blood elsewhere, and we retrace.
We should be seeing a steady appreciation on the back of good news after good news to benefit of all.
Unfortunately the way they have conducted themselves in relation to news, info, PI participation etc is very poor and the result is we won't get steady appreciation, we will get the spikes, the herd, the retrace when one rns finally delivers. What rns and when is a take your pick question.
@pacman
Bang-on. YGEN is not an easy share to own. In principle every shareholder has equal rights to information affection the value of a company. However, in the case of YGEN, 56% of all shares are hold by company insiders. Additionally, another 23% of shares are held by relatively few II’s which representatives are likely to enjoy a much higher level of shareholder maintenance. I mean, how can it otherwise be explained that the business as easy as nothing raises £13m in no time. If any of you lot had that sort of money, would you have thrown £13m on the table, given the knowledge/updates you recently have received from the company? I somehow doubt it. Well the result is obvious. More and more PI’s will sell out, making the shares available to insiders and II’s kept in the know !! Well,......
From twix earlier:-
"When every bit of news just tells us the big picture and where detail us possible it's not given then we have weak traction to climb on news after news. Yawn."
- any ideas?
Funny how u am no lo get a lone voice on lack of numbers and detail .
Also note vaccine progress continues with late this year still on target. Russians have one already even if appears rushed. Vivid test g volumes will drop off a cliffby and q1,2021. We will have 6 months max after being late and then more tests on the market than demand so numbers will fall heavily in a crowded marketplace.
Need details. Need numbers ffs
I have an idea....
Where detail and numbers is possible we never get it. Never. News after news and we can't climb back up to previous share price.
I think in spite of my typos it's reasonably obvious haha
If there quick of the mark they may even be able to announce the 1st sales in the interims - they've got 6 weeks!
twix your not a lone voice.. just a persistent one. loads of people on here have been talking about the need for flesh on the bone and have been for months. I have . I just can't see the point in repeating myself . It'll all come good...in time. imo
Has anyone seen the brokers note which included the updated target? Presumably they backed that up with some kind of numbers to justify moving the target up to 24p ?
.. and 67 shares just sold ... Who needs a Maccy D's for lunch?!
Steve, I think there is more chance of us seeing Jesus last written scripture held in the vaults of the Vatican than a broker note for Ygen.
We will have to do with the vetted walbrook version, when they decide to publish it.
Rather evasive? Anyway, as a LTH I think there are better options than here. Time to move on. GLA.
And that is obviously the plan. Keep the SP surpressed, which will drive out most PI's, while IIs and management snap them up at peanuts. Once mission accomplished, sell the company at fair market value, 50p, 60p whatever and make a killing.
What other reason can there be. They have even just given them 100 mill shares, which they wouldn't be able to get on the open market without driving the SP up.
We all think it was a great placing, but was it. We all know our value is greater than 17p, it just been surpressed, so was it a good deal. Its just allowed the iis and management to get more of the company at cheap as chips prices.
There is an underhand game going on.
pacman, there was a 47 page note put out by Stifel on the 10th July last year. I wouldn't be surprised if there's another this year, but we need to get access to it somehow!
IF there's an underhand game to sell the company at 50-60p, I'm quite happy to get the popcorn, hold the shares, watch and wait!
Pacman, exactly that a game of patience I for one refuse to play said underhand game and sell out I will reap the rewards the iis must know are coming?
