Goggins, I still don't understand ... Obviously you've lost a lot of money here and are quite attached to the share, but if you really think this is "Unfortunately it's just another AIM pos." is true, why stay invested?
This is not a flippant, sell and stop moaning request, I honestly just don't understand your logic. If this is as crap as you say / believe, surely your remaining money has a better chance of recovery elsewhere? Why not research other shares and look for a better growth opportunity? Just because you lose money on a share, it doesn't have to be the same share that makes it back!
Or do you actually believe this share has the best SP growth prospect over the next couple of years?
If you don't think it's going to recover for 3-5 years, put your money somewhere where you think it will grow more quickly. The existing loss is irrelevant, except psychologically ... Where will your remaining money grow quickest from now onwards?

I don't believe anyone has suggested the SP is not merde have they? That doesn't mean "recent posters" don't expect the results to improve now that the litigation and debt are sorted, along with the ability to sell into other territories when the Illumina tests are launched. Why do you assume recent posters are trapped rather than investing? Did you sell at a loss?

Do you invest for last year or the next year or two? The past is over, you can ***** and moan but it won't change. Predicted sales are 16.9 and 21.3 for FY20 and FY21, and EBITDA, 1.7 and 3.8 ... If they make those numbers, that's impressive progress from FY19 8.9 sales and -3.5 EBITDA.
What is the ludicrous threshold? Go on, please, please tell us ..
Chester, the £3.8M represents 77m shares ... pretty much exactly 20% of the shares in issue prior to the transaction (388m). I think this was voted on at the AGM, to allow the BOD to issue up to a set percentage of extra shares without additional shareholder approval! Anyone betting against that being 20%?!
