📍30% Tax $286,373 deferred PMENT til finals released?
Dear JOEL will be earning TOP interest on above each month. NOT like John Cornford NUMPTY miner picks where they are all shelling out OUTTA WATER amounts for CAPEX & Interest🤣🤣🤣
C🎯l and team you are A LEGEND
🤦♀️ Means the mining rate they will be targeting, between 5-7 thousand tonnes of virgin rock per month. (From March presentation)
Haulage costs $100k per month based on $500usd per 30 ton truck load ( wild guess for a Zambian haulier ) 🤷
Ore @3.5% cu. Account for 5% processing recovery losses
AISC maybe $2.60usd/lb
30%tax
60% net profit to xtr
No idea at what premium the refinery will want for their services.
If anyone can add, dispute or other? Please do
PMSL
Hi Guy
What does 5-7 KTPM mean. And is cost in $ or local currency?
Think this was cost missing to complete calculation
I'll second that Prickly re flipper hitting nail on head with that 10.26 am post..
( Generally, only top tier & mid tier producers have deep enough pockets to progress 'successful' exploration opportunities into size production .. and there are very few of them versus the large number of 'successfully' explored targets on offer... and so its such a buyers market that even the lucky few that get top or mid tier buy in still get average to poor terms with this= BIG OUCH for most commodities explorers in never getting a size producer biting.. and small ouch even for the small per cent that do )
I think you have summed it up Flipper.
A hole with a liar on top is a bit strong but you can see where he is coming from. I for one am hoping we can expand our gold mining activities without blowing millions more on huge projects that no major is interested in.
5-7ktpm @ 3.5%Cu
Dani>>Now Zambia Copper is coming into play I need to study so I can project earnings which will then add to forward value of share NOT YET PRICED IN.
Did you get as far as working out xtr anticipated 60% share of net profit from Kakuyu once running ore off site.
Consider haulage costs and assume 5-7ktpm
That post made my day Joeman1 .. TOP MAN !!
Judging by the share price and the directors reluctance to put their own money into xtr, Cornford seems to have a better handle on this than most here.
I think the majors have been shown to be the master inverstors since the inception of AIM. They got out of the exploration game and left it to the AIM punters and their Canadian and Auzzie cousins. Us punters chase the rainbows whilst constantly diluted. And if anything turns up worthwhile they pay pittance to get the project after the various exploration companies have wiped themselves out. (guess I didnt sleep well last night !)
Go on then KGB.
just read the post again before you start ******** on
His last article on xtract before this one has been the only exception from all the previous that have shown him to be anything but a master investor, with previous articles having mistakes and misinformation in them. He like many, had been drawn in by the early hype, without fully understanding the various assets.
Master investor my @rse
(no offence y’all )
He is not taken seriously to worry about this article being out there, you need to at least show an air of professional impartiality for your views to be taken seriously for that. He made it known he invested in xtract so can imagine is the same for his other investments that he commentates on.
KILL
You call JC article PR?
Wot planet are you on.
Aren't you ITCHing for cruELLA to pick it to bits and pieces?
Ask nicely that is all you have to do
Right or wrong the mere fact the article is out there doesn't help PR. Whatever JC's issues with XTR his said them now.
ROG
you've risen from the DEAD.
Ma was waiting for you on her fateful 2359 last post night
Addressed dear C🎯l
Whatever,
I'm just waiting for the spike, it will happen, it always does.
Sometimes it takes a year or two.
Id like the results of the study to be published before I resort to calling BR a turkey. I dont think its in doubt that it wont be the golden goose we were hoping for.
Seeing as this might be his Swan song, perhaps Colin was feathering his nest but my guess is that he believed he had been eagle eyed when the "Long Hole" returned good results along its length and he was sick as a parrot when it turned out to be a wild goose chase.
Personally im not going to sell up until all my ducks are in a row and the results of the study are published..... I believe these results will show us that BR will be saleable but at higher copper prices and importantly not as attractive as other opportunities that we (All) might have invested in over the period.
This might be one of those exceptions that prove the rule...... that a Bird in the hand is (Not always) better than 2 in the Bush(ranger).
ps. keep an eye out for those foxes in the Hen Coup....... apparently the filter better is better than chicken wire.
Flip
Just catching up on this week drivel.
blown over backwards on John cornford analytical skills.
shall I be so CRUEL to pick it to bits and pieces?
That would be for all LSE stocks he covers
Only if you ask nicely I will?
My name is cruELLA. Get used to it📍📍📍
Those famous words of Mark Twain. Sums up my 20 years of investing on AIM bar the odd exception.
He doesn't sound too confident on the XTR shareprice either, best not to tell MA. We don't want her on that dodgy stuff again.
