Dowgate this morning puts WATR at £12.
Looking at the trading update seems I chose a propituous time to dive in to WATR!
The last broker ratings I heard were about £13.
I think we reached a bottom on the share price. Results out again very soon and I'm expecting the same excellent growth.
No recent broker ratings on this stock?
The 'once in a generation' winter storm in the US will benefit Watr. After a previous icy blast their work load increased significantly due to the number of burst pipes and leaking swimming pools, it should be even 'better' this time as the freezing conditions extended to regions not usually affected. The floods in Australia will swing things there the other way though, as last year they ascribed a weaker Australia performance to the flooding. Still on balance the next couple of quarters should be very good.
As you have seen cyborg, the business is states side, and income and reporting in $us is a good hedge. The Biden Admin. is all for environmental concerns, and bodes well for WATR, however Trump and Republicans far less so, and Republican Admin would be bad for WATR. Still 2 years of Biden as pres. at least.so ok for time being. Plenty of opportunities in states for a this company. IMHO.
Quiet board
Hi All,
Looks like a guilt board but thought I would ask.
I’ve just found this stock and it looks like a cracking business with a large runway for growth, I’m still researching but have a 5-10 year outlook on this investment
Are there any insights any long timers would like to share, both good and bad
Ty in advance
Good morning, I leave the link to an interview Patrick DeSouza gave last night on a Spanish youtube channel.

Pound still falling against the dollar. Water Intelligence earnings in dollars is a great benifit to us.
As most of our earnings will be paid in US Dollars. Its looking really good against the weak pound.
So , they exercise options for 70 k shares (£0.58M ) then purchase them back into treasury . They could have purchased the same shares 200p cheaper late July/early August so it is questionable it was the best use of our capital.... seems more like they are looking after their own interests.
920 ask now
Just love this share
Well over sold last week.
At last!
Nice steady rise in share price.
More scaling up today.
+2 was in this a couple of years ago great company wish I had of held until 1200 however back in now @565 amazing less than half price as the placing @1200
found the same situation in BOOM as well back in there too
+1
can't understand the weakness in the share price since the last update.
strong and positive growth: revenue, EBITDA, NI, EPS, OCF
margin expansion: Gross margin and net income
The leg down occurred as I suggested. This looks fair value now, but not a raging buy.
Might be worth building a position on a 5 year view.
The pound has hit its lowest levels since the start of covid 2020. The majority of our earnings are in US Dollars so we get more Pounds when converting it.
Yes, it certainly should look that way. But why is the spread 50 points????
