kind of have to hold the shares though as your underwater, and you couldnt sell out at a loss as you've already said that doesnt happen unless 'your a fool', would also destroy your own ramp agenda.
unlike you I simply cant be bothered to create multiple accounts. Sad pathetic life you lead trying to mislead noobs on here really pathetic and shameful. Still you will never stop so I will leave you to it.
I don't think you live in the real world, why would anyone who holds 10% ish aat what 13p take an offer of 3p or less and once it was know a bidder out there the sp would rocket.
Simple if a company is about to go bust like Deb or Thomas cook since you are so happy to mention it but someone offers you 2.5p -3p wouldn't you jump at it.
The same could be about to happen to vog but you will not see it. Also deals are being done without shareholders knowing about it all the time with other companies, just look at PMO yesterday, shareholders don't always get the chance to know or vote on these things, just like they didn't on the last cash raise that vog did and it was only afterward that the shareholders knew about it. Take your blinkers off and see the light.
For example: current actual price is 2.38 - 2.49, a 5% spread
Notice of Results and Corporate Update
Bowleven, the Africa focused oil and gas exploration Group traded on AIM, will announce its Full Year Results for the year ended 30 June 2020 on 5 November 2020. The Company intends to host a conference call for investors on the day, the details of which will be provided in a subsequent announcement.
Despite the challenges of COVID-19, the Company together with its joint venture ('JV') partners, continue to make good progress on the Etinde development, offshore Cameroon. As part of the development planning, and following the appointment of TechnipFMC as lead contractor, Front End Engineering Design ('FEED') work is continuing alongside other workstreams including field optimisation and commercial discussions with key stakeholders.
The Etinde financing plan will likely comprise various layers, including senior project finance debt, vendor financing from contractors, offtakers and likely equity. The latter will be a function of the agreed field development concept and the associated capex. The next stage of this work effort will be the preparation of the Field Development Plan ('FDP') and Preliminary Information Memorandum ('PIM') and associated suite of lender due diligence reports, in preparation for financing discussions. Bowleven has engaged a financial advisor to assist with this.
As part of the FEED process, the JV partners are currently reviewing a number of commercial options regarding gas offtake and condensate marketing. Also, as a result of the work restrictions imposed by COVID-19, the timeline for the project's Final Investment Decision ('FID') is now expected in mid-2021.
The JV continues to benefit from a collaborative working relationship with a wide range of stakeholders to obtain the support required to reach FID, which represents the key objective in the short term. This includes the JV obtaining the licence extension at Etinde. All parties are confident of achieving this and will update the market further in the release of Full Year End results.
Apologies. This RNS was today 7th Oct.
Missed this BLVN RNS yesterday.
the timeline for the project's Final Investment Decision ('FID') is now expected in mid-2021. [This was quite expected - see ADVFN BLVN - also our recent RNS 30/9/20: 'Letter of Intent signed with New Age. Discussions during the period resulted in the Company announcing in February 2020 a non-binding letter of intent ("LOI") for the supply of natural gas from the Etinde Field, offshore Cameroon. The project, and in particular the upstream development, has many conditions that have to be met before it becomes a reality. The Etinde owners (New Age, AIM-listed Bowleven, and Lukoil) have stated publicly that they hope to make a Final Investment Decision on the offshore development in the next six to nine months....']

Kion - ignore the advertised range and % rise/fall - these are heavily manipulated with this share. You need to do a dummy sell and buy to get the true range. Range is less when more trades, so better at mid-day rather than open/close. But, yes, spread is high as this is a low volume share. But don't accept more than 10%.
Just why would anyone merge with vog, they now only have a MC of £6m so could be bought outright for 3p or less to take on debt say 2.5p.
Almost game over for them.
Why do they now have a crazy spread? Does anyone think it Is to stop people from selling and the share price crashing down?
Note they dropped the SP yesterday on a 368,585 shares sale - today this transaction has been cancelled. Manipulation?
Thanks that was v useful!

Note the Premier (PMO) proposed merger today.
The same logic applies to VOG who need a large injection of capital.
Business interests seem very much aligned with New Age (BLVN); and with SEY (who have worked in Cameroon before).
Rob Collins, our CFO, is an M&A specialist - my view as to why he was hired.
Two directors of VOG are ex-Kerogen (New Age's principal shareholder).
Perhaps mergers will become the fashion in theses troubled times?
Fingers crossed.
I posted this last week, GW. You might find it useful.
Quick overview:
It was a basket-case, with rotten management that have driven it into the ground and left a lot of legacy issues.
New management were appointed in Spring 2020.
The company is at a low point. It is at high risk of going bust if it loses the legacy issues.
However, it is a considerable opportunity if you believe it can be kept afloat and turned around - it's infrastructure is worth tens of millions of dollars alone.
There are some big opportunities pushing the SP up to 6/7p+ on early recovery, and 13p+ on merger imo:
Eneo debt payment; West Med sale; Aksa power station deal. However, my original reason for being here is the possibility of a merger/takeover by New Age or SEY - note my posts at the end of April - Roy Kelly and other are ex-Kerogen; Kerogen is the principal shareholder in New Age.
A lot of research needed - as high risk.
Good luck.
3card,
might not be doing so well with the share price but at least you've still hung onto your sense of humour, more important to be nice than loaded mate :)
GW - it's no longer about whether you can make a fortune here. Noone outside the company ever makes money. It's about whether or not VOG can survive under the present model and with a tsunami of potential problems/liabilities to hit us.
in this a few years ago when SP was around 60/70p. The predictions were that this would reach £1.80. I sold out as I needed the funds for my new home.
Saw this on the biggest faller board and thought id see what's happening! Uncertain if I should jump in, surely the SP can only go up from here?
DTN. if I had a tenner for each time I've topped up in VOG on a drop, I wouldn't need to top up. Lol
for more topping up/averaging down for the faithfull with todays 15% drop - or is it?

Perhaps I should ask Nurse.
Old joke:
Margaret Thatcher goes to visit a care home to meet the residents, asks an old girl 'Do you know who I am?'
'No' comes the reply, 'but if you ask Nurse, I'm sure she can help you.'
Do you know who I am, 3CB?
Just think, 3CB, you'll go to your grave never knowing! Hee hee.
Easy - Hi. Only difference is, last time you looked in the shares were actually worth something.
Yeah Sparrow and 68 know all there has ever been to know about VOG and most VOG LSE posters but strangely enough have never heard of PB or Banjo
