GREAT WESTERN MINING CORPORATION PLC - Important Information

Proposed Consolidation.

1 New Great Western Mining Corporation Mining PLC (GWMC) Ordinary share for every 200 Existing Ordinary shares held.

The qualifying amount for this Consolidation is 200 shares, if you hold fewer than this amount when the event becomes effective, you'll no longer be a shareholder. If this happens, you might instead get a cash payment in lieu of your entitlement to the New shares.

On 24th February 2025, GWMC announced a proposed Consolidation of the Company's Ordinary shares as part of a wider Capital Reorganisation. The GWMC Board believes that the Consolidation is in the best interests of the shareholders, giving the Company a share capital structure that will enhance growth.

The Consolidation needs shareholder approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 20th March 2025. If approved, the Consolidation is expected to take effect on 31st March 2025 and we'll credit the new shares to your account on or after that date.

Unless you hold your shares in a ShareBuilder account, we won't be issuing any fractional shares. We'll deal with any cash entitlements in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

When a company consolidates its share capital the number of shares in the Company reduces. This will impact the price as the total value of shares will stay the same but there are fewer shares in circulation, so the price can increase significantly. You may notice an increase in the share price when the Consolidation becomes effective.

If you have any TradePlans set up with GWMC, this event will result in the TradePlan being deleted and any charges refunded. You'll need to set this up again online or through our contact centre.

If you have a regular investment on your existing GWMC shares, this investment plan will be deleted and you'll need to set it up again, online or through our contact centre.

If you keep your holding of GWMC shares, we'll update your account when the Consolidation becomes effective. Please note that we'll only get back in touch if the terms of the event change.

Agree! TBH I thought there would have been more of an indication where this is going by now. Iv been here for several years. Seen the price rise to 2.2p back down below 1p and then touch 2p again before plummeting to current price. Didn't expect to see it below 0.1p. We will have an idea of how things are progressing and if this will fly or flop by Spring 2024

The winter months tends to be a quieter period, time to accumulate! Would expect a lot more news flow and higher SP next Spring

I am a long term holder in boil. I was in this a couple years ago when the price went from its current price to 0.4 and back down. Never FOMO into an AIM share.

Hold your bag and see what happens. I would expect a multi-bag. But comments such as. "biggest multi-bagger ever" etc are just silly. These comments were also thrown around when the price was 0.4, people were expecting 1p in 2020

Prices are very attractive; I wont be topping up yet. This could be 2p by Friday or 0.9. Too volatile for my liking.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, positive or negative. Personally I don't see this going to 0, especially since they are mining gold, which Russia maybe pushing if the war continues. If things are resolved this will fly back to 9 plus.
