The verdict is still out on both LVCG and VAST. We have, on one side, an undisclosed cornerstone investor, or rather, a 'strategic investor', and on the other, an enigmatic Swiss investor, also dubbed a 'strategic investor'. Both may indeed exist, yet both could also amount to nothing, with the necessity equally critical for either keeping the company afloat or succumbing to failure. Both David and Andrew exhibit a similar modus operandi and level of business savvy, or the apparent absence of it.
I have investments in both, roughly equal in amount, and there's a chance I might lose on one, the other, or possibly both. However, I refuse to view either through an overly optimistic lens given the current situation, as that would be foolish. They might surprise us in the near future, but it's also possible that one could be suspended again within two weeks.
Good luck to all LVCG & VAST investors; a great deal of luck is necessary just to forge a sliver of potential.
Apologies to all genuine vast investors.
I’m not invested in vast, I look in to see whats happening and noticed Eustons remark ref LVCG which I am invested in, so thought I would respond by saying, Eustons, you may eat your words ref LVCG.
Good luck genuine Vast investors
Fingers crossed theres funding news tommorow, otherwise the dropping will continue
Bang on target Scarlet with your Down Down Down prediction. Any thoughts what this week will bring us all. More gloom, or a glimmer of hope?
Looking very much like you were spot on with your prediction Scarletvixen.

AP is in second place in this premier league. 1st place goes to David Ciclitira over on LVCG ........He has managed 20 failed companies and now trying for 21.
Is all that is required for AP to keep trousering his salary !!
Strange world we live in,where failure is rewarded so handsomely!
And good old AP is premier league when it comes to failure.

Break even at project level doesn’t mean much when you’ve got £4m admin expenses at group level
Sandy, I have maintained and still believe (just) that the real break even figures will come when Q2 figures are put out (H1) - having said this, the issue with staffing and running Baita may well derail this altogether as what happened last year with the strikes.
The figures from Q1 do 'suggest' break even has been achieved, but we are still assuming that running costs for the mine are at roughly $1 million per qtr, all guess work really.. I am unsure why AP doesnt update the market with this position if true as it would confirm the stabilisation you have suggested.
Who wouldn’t, profit is profit,
I dont agree with DNP on much but he might be right on this one...Keeping on eye on this for sure...Newbie aka Neil777 youve changed into a right bell mate.
Your after your 40% then and gone lol
Firwood - speaking from experience. ROFL
What a prick you’ve been lately
Sells at 0.1835p they are selling at any price now to get out before the administration RNS
What a scam this has been
With the consolidation, the old 1p on first diamond rns would be now 6p.
I’ll wait til 4p or nothing at all. Lost interest with AP bs
He’s only right after the fact, we could all do that TBF

The list of unhelpful posts on here grows by the day.. people invested know the risks (or should know..) and thus these kind of posts can only be put down to short positions etc.. constructive posts like SandyShore459 puts up, both positives and negatives that really helps here.
I've traded this plenty over the last 6 months or so, and for the most part have done well.. but am currently sitting on 18 million having come out of consolidation with less than half this.. watching this closely in the hope of 1p again..
Will continue to play the game until the end.
If the share price continues to fall, and or if it has to do another placing and gives a big discount the share price is going to get close to the nominal value and it will have to do another another capital reorganisation. Then rinse and repeat.
Seems this company is kept going by placings. Then consolidations. History of failure.

Are you also prepared to lose it with no funding and liquidation to pay of creditors? no one knows what will happen its a gamble in reality
Plus more gold from Aprelevka

How can it be otherwise? hasn't he shown himself to be a beacon of honesty, dedication, and great leadership?

.24 to 2.4p

🤡
JJ
January 2023
.165 to 1p
Nothing misleading at all
Stop being a tit eh
Massively oversold, finance or diamond news and this would go beyond 1p im sure
$10m losses per year with $10m debt, even a Swiss bail out can’t save this, no wonder the monies haven’t been sent. At best $7m would keep the lights on and salaries paid another year.
What a misleading post Firwood there has not been a 6 bagger with VAST in the last 5 years as I know to my cost. JJ

The sentiment here tells me its already priced in bankruptcy
I should double my 10m position as most retail investors are usually wrong.
You will sell if it gets up 10% not one to take serious
Have been building my 10m shares position since yesterday. Love it when theres a huge panic
Last post: Muck165, 13 Jun 2024 08:41
Rubbish. Let’s look at reality.
Romanian press published details about the re-organisation plan on 4 June, the same day the Court approved it. AP only put any RNS out about it when we on these boards became aware of that media coverage and the SP started to plunge, and that RNS explained it entirely by blaming a labour dispute saying zilch about an impending auction of assets.
Clarity was given to market by VAST on this, no need to post dated stuff going back 3 weeks
Ok first, this isn’t an article. It’s an official, stamped auction notice from a government state agency. Second, it’s from 23/5 /24. If it’s been posted on here before then apologies, I’ve not seen it. But I don’t think it has.
I take no pleasure in posting it but value in these boards comes from having information, good and bad, on which to base decisions.
You wanna keep sticking your head in the sand then be my guest!
Seriously stop posting this its old and has been stated in recent RNS what is going on, stop speculating
Stop posting old articles

Know the feeling phillip many in the same boat under water , substantial news would help .
Castle
People selling at any price now
Diamonds clearly aren't forever.. and Vast are probably 3 weeks from administration
What a scam
I think I need a couple of thousand bagger to get back to break even.
Once they restructured the shares that was the death of this company. My £7.5k investment is worth £200 so I’m happy to see the death of it to save others losing money
What a pile of sh i*e seemingly run by a bunch of pirates !!!!!
A lifestyle company fronted by continual smoke and mirrors !!!

Worth looking into Romanian law around insolvency. Other than bankruptcy there is only one other option - insolvency proceedings - into not quite as clear cut as the company has portrayed. They can’t just petition the court then dismiss whatever workers they like. In fact workers are the primary protected parties, before state and creditors. The main aspect is a Reorganisation plan - payment plan for the registered receivables that may stretch up to 3 years. Plans usually contain reductions of receivables, deferrals of payments and payment in instalments. Few reorganisation efforts are successful (i.e. a small percentage, perhaps 2–3%).
https: //cms.law/en/int/expert-guides/cms-expert-guide-to-restructuring-and-insolvency-law/romania
IMO the company cannot pay expenses at the project level and are entering in to restructuring to defer payments in the hope of the Swiss rescue package. Coming down the the wire now.

Xataax: thanks for this. I think the issue with Vast is that there doesn’t appear to be a way out of their debt problems. They’re not making a profit anywhere. They’re very overdue on their debt repayments. Baita Plai looks awful and this news from Aprelevka will not return them any cash until the loan from one of the owners has been repaid. The share price is so low now that an equity issue won’t raise them more than another two or three months’ spending. I should think it’s too risky now even for Riverfort.
When you have problems on this scale, minor improvements in mining methods and ore grades are insignificant. Unless someone has a cunning plan up his sleeve, it’s hard to see how this is going to carry on much longer. I think it’s fair to point out these concerns. I don’t expect influence anyone but both sides of the investment case should be put. It’s what these chat boards are for.
Oofy- I did not mean that may be I was not clear enough. When you are invested genuinely you want the company to do well. I fail to understand people here who are not invested and mock the share or do they have any other interests in this share I.e shorts.. So is it wise to tarnish a company even though they are doing slightly better than in the past ?? You are either invested/short what about who are not and still mock it down.
For instance repeatedly mentioning debts, strikes and placing but why not also mention productivity, cost cutting and economies of scale to have a balanced approach?
Xataxx: so you're saying it’s fair enough to make up anything that will get the share price up, but it’s unfair to say anything that will get the price down. Seems a bit one-sided, doesn’t it? If you’re right and some posters want a lower price at which to buy, that seems exactly the equivalent of holders wanting a higher price at which to sell.
It’s largely irrelevant in the case of Vast, though. Zero cash flow, collapsing share price, grossly overdue debt, principal assets possibly under attachment, striking workforce. Good luck with it though.
I understand rampers because they want the price to rise and they are invested. What about those consistently mocking the company, either you are shorting and want weak holders to sell to make you money or you have nothing else to do in life.
Remember someone loss is other person's profit as far as the company is listed. Make your own decisions don't buy/sell based on useless info that gets posted here by some people. Use the filter option on the site.
Not a lot of happy campers here.
The bashers always seem to appear when it's the best time to buy.

I would have thought that to increase productivity, it would be good practice to have a committed workforce!
Last year they were striking because they were not paid, this year they are being chastised for wanting improved working conditions.
Doesn't exactly sound like a recipe for success to me !!

However it is abundantly clear that many here have failed to research this outfit, which is what l am trying to promote.
This company is always on the cusp of something big! They promise the earth and you end up with a growbag!
Copper,diamonds,gold, but mostly pixie dust!
How people choose to LOSE their money is not my concern.

The second tranche of placing shares have just been issued to raise funds. You're telling me they've just raised money, and are now going immediately into administration? Pull the other one. A chance to get in at the placing price is a gift.
If you're going to create a new ID then try not to keep making the same spelling mistake Neil777 /newbie2024

This is now some gamble that they don't call administraton before July

My view exactly mijas
At long last some positivity, what is the point in posting negative rubbish haven't you guys got better things to do than continually moan and groan about AP and the board, why don't you wait and see what the future brings, and if if goes bust then its gone bust end of, but if the sp goes seriously north I bet you won't be moaning then, so get a life please.

Would you lend money to a company that is going through court under the Insolvency Act? I think financing will have to wait on the dust to settle on this one.
It wasn't so long ago that the workers at BP were striking over not being paid, now we hear they are being brought to heel over demanding some changes to their working conditions! Well! One thing is obvious here, they have the same contempt for their workers as they do for investors!! I can't imagine a stampede to work for such a dysfunctional company as this. Neatly sugarcoated today with promises of untold riches! Is it just me, Or have we heard all this rubbish before? Which brings me neatly on to WHERE ARE THE DIAMONDS?
