He has run Vast down to its lowest ever value, and it (still waiting for any green shoots) remains to be seen if this last gasp RTO can be dragged across the line.

123,711 carat sold at $6.87 pc. Only 216.97 c, classed as higher value, sold at $1084.30 pc. 2965 carats remain, also classed as higher value. What they actually sell for remains to be seen.

I think this happens when one share becomes very overweight in your portfolio. So, in effect T212 is trying to limit your exposure in one stock. This is happening to me in my ALTYN holding which has gone over 50% due to last (and this) years stonking rise.

Where are these estimates from? Who made them, and when? Nice if they are accurate and up to date. As for resuming trading on 31st March, I think many were expecting that to happen by end Jan, before the pushed back date, so by no means a solid date.

Not sure. There was a sell trade @ 08:19 of circa 16.8 million shares, so maybe linked to that.

We can only assume that something is going on in the background, but there is no official communication from the company, other than the extension of the process to 31st March (again, we can only make assumptions as to why a delay).

I don't think AP is acting any different to normal. He has always been thin on facts, using fluffy ambiguous words and sentences, which have nearly always led to misunderstandings about imminent wealth for PIs. He was very thin on most info about the diamonds over the last 2 years, and also on their value before an actual sale revealed a true return of a measley $1million.

So, what exactly are you voting for? Does anyone even know yet?

Unfortunately, AP seems to have an ability to make many vague positive sounding statements over the last few years, which can and have been taken positively, which subsequently prove to be very much lacking in execution. Check back on the many projects that he started and promoted, of which none has resulted in any revenue whatsoever. The diamonds have been his biggest boast over 3 years. The results so far are that Vast have sold the majority for only $1m. Part of the issue of course, is that there are excitable PIs who take his words, and amplify them all out of proportion, imagining huge rewards for their investment. So far, just massively disappointing results (e.g. sp down 99% twice, 600:1 consolidation, debts not paid off yet, no profits anywhere, huge salaries for experts but no known results). The current RTO is still shrouded in shadow, and heading towards hard stop time limits. Its almost as if AP doesnt want anyone to have enough time to read and digest any documentation, before they have to vote on what happens to the company.

That may be due to people using trading212, where they are restricted to a max number of shares in volatile stocks like Orcp. The current max figure is 890k shares.

@IQ157 No, not correct. The 7.5 million placing (7.5 billion shares at 0.1p nominal) is just pocket money for AP. The RTO with Gulf is being paid for by issuing enough new shares to Bay Square Pacific (private company) to give them 80% of Vast PLC. I.e current Vast share holders will only hold 20% collectively.
