I wonder how this affects the non-delivery of a VAST agm for this year. Surely that remains a statutory requirement. The suspension will help, as that should have happened anyway, I guess.

Am i reading this right - on completion, Bay Square will own 80 % of the enlarged share capital of Vast plc. (Bay Square is currently owned by Prelea 17%, Fletcher 5%, and Taj Government the rest?). Looks a bit dodgy, if so.

Had a quick check, and although Gulf is a gold producer, so far Vast have received nothing from their 10% of 49% deal.

My understanding from the news releases was that benefication was only to clean up the rough diamonds. An AI search also stated that no cut and polish has been performed. The x posts are not validated, so took them with a pinch of AP salt.

Vast have not cut and polished any of their diamonds. The benefication process merely 'cleaned' them up of oxides etc.

Well, this all sounds like fantastic news for Vast plc. There must be millions (if not billions) on their way into Vasts' coffers. Bound to see the share price absolute rocket from here imminently (why has it not already happened), after you have so diligently posted all of these facts. There's no chance that any of this can be misleading, or misconstrued, of course.

Not sure why you think the creditors are confident. They have been stuck here for the last three years, with their loans overdue. Vast continues to be unable to repay the debts, after many extensions. No idea what extra penalties apply to these extensions (they wont be free), even the additional £50k offtake payment to Mercuria stopped due to BP being put into care and maintenance, I think.

AP has consolidated a couple of times in the past after reaching nominal value (100;1, and 6:1, i think), to allow placings to happen again. Unless these diamonds sell soon, and for decent value, it appears that another consolidation and placing is needed to remain afloat. Not much revenue from anywhere else.

And it's down around 65% in the last 3 weeks. Did you want to make a point. Stats are only as good as the input data.
