Like I said yesterday, actually I disagree, the current cash, will last until Dec imo...
However, if a deal is coming, (and a dicky bird says it just might... cant substantiate at mo) then the current cash should hold out?
Of course, if deal doesnt arrive, then could be ValTanic as some one else stated yesterday...
4-1 401 or 2-1 201 or Tits Up Evens, take your pick?
Pay your money and take your chance ?
the sp raised last week to allow those taking the issued shares to start to offload them at a proffit.
this company will continue to consolidate and issue more shares until it finaly goes bust and someone picks up the compounds for next to nothing. wouldn't be surprised if the curent bod thought tha was a good plan.
think I'll leave you to your delusions, you can lead a horse to water .......
Not hard to work out
They received 400k from HMRC 3 weeks ago
It’s all gone !!
So why buy now? There will be a 40pct sale here in 3 to 4 weeks imo
Comprende?
further to this, the sp is now dangerously close to nominal value.
given there is another overhang to clear and the cash raised won't last long, next rns is likely to be consolidation.
oil - you say " better it was done from a high of 0.24p than the position it was at last week 0.14p"
why was it any better? they issued the shares at 0.13p!
the fact that the sp was 0.24p when they announced it is irrelevant.
actually, the fact that thye sp was 0.24p and they issued at 0.13p tells you everything you need to know.
they HAVE to give a big discount to raise any money.
it would actualy have been better if the sp was 0.13p and they issued at 0.24p!
For 5,000,000 million shares only offered 0.1226! not looking good, and you know these large sells/buys yesterday were SELLS!
Will be another 40pct discounted placing in 3 weeks
Will have to consolidate
Anyone buying here will lose half their money within a month
Directors won’t buy stock ,they are desperate for their salaries
A sad sad ending
Not so much the salary value itself, its more the person value, ie do they earn it... seems if you talk *******s, you get more and bonuses, also if you talk and fcuk up premium finance deals, you also get more and bonuses? Fired is not in the HR's agenda it seems!
The irony is that the biggest component of any claim is salary costs lol .....a subject of some debate on this board .......
The R&D tax claim is based on tax rules rather than science. So long as company can cost expenditure and the project details look credable the tax claim is likely to work. A key point is that there is technical uncertainty so it is perfectly possible to put in for a failed project as it may transpire the tech uncertainties were insurmountable. A claim based on readily deducable knowledge would not qualify. There is hmrc guidance on this online in the corporate intangibles research and development manual if you want to Google it. There is specific guidance relating to pharma
No buying
The broker is stuffing its clients ..the clients womt even know as they will be discretionary
No one in their right mind will buy here when this company need another 350k in 3 weeks !!
Just to keep the lights on
I fear this will no longer be around by Xmas
What a sad sad end
Wasn’t it because it was for funding 201,301 and salaries (cough cough)! .Valirx have no more financial liabilities with 401 I believe?
Worth noting VAL401 had not been mentioned on the RNS.
Also, I wonder what HMRC have seen in order to validate the 400k R&D tax rebate? Surely there must be some evidence of progress.
Yup it's fine from a legal point of view. They are generating capital reserves to run the company. This includes their salaries, so if they want to pay themselves mega buck it's not a problem. I understand the resentment and have expressed it frequently, but they haven't done anything wrong. Doesn't stop me feeling like I want to give a member of the BOD a black eye but my feelings don't make me right and it doesn't mean that they have done anything wrong
Normally, a company would drop really good news and then place less shares at a higher price. I'm guessing there is no good news in the immediate future. Although given that the board are incompetent anything is possible.
A lot of chuncky buys going through, maybe worth seeing it out, they could just be in it for tomorrows dead cat bounce.
Surely it can’t be legal to just keep on dishing out shares and raising moneys from investors without giving something back. Then just shut the company Down and walk of with the assets.
Can’t say I disagree Special. No deal soon I fear if they have just had a placing plus that money isn’t going to last long. They are also very limited in the amount of money they can now raise too. Just an opinion but been here many times. Hard to sell on a loss I know plus hard to sell on a rise too. They have us by the wotnots. Only the traders and rich who can afford to gamble win on this casino. Anyway good luck to you whichever way you go.
IMHO I’d sell at a loss Special, you are not down that much. It will get worst if history repeats.
After a few more placements and share consolidation you could end up 98% down and little chance of recovery like most LTH here...
I'm going to hold, average is circa .0017/18, should if sold at .0030 but i live and learn. I hold my hands up, I should of listened to the LTH's.
Oh well, now in it for the long road as I won't sell at a loss. Lets see what the BOD can come up with, if anything.
Academy, they can get worse I was down 97% last time I checked!
“Near future “ ha ha , not that old lie chestnut again ffs !
They can and will. If there was a deal imminent why the placing. They are limited in raising any further cash. I fear we stuffed.......
Dr Satu Vanikka, ValiRx's CEO, commented:
"I am grateful for the welcome support we have received from both new and existing investors and I and the Company look forward to updating the market with anticipated results from our VAL201 clinical trial against prostate cancer, in the near future".
If we get good results on that, then BOOM.
I'm down 80%+ on these so don't see how things can get much worse..
