The Board of Ultima anticipate that the Green technology products division will benefit from new product release and improvement in consumer confidence and that the Green power division will build upon its successful commissioning of the pilot solar power park in Spain. Our main objective going forward continues to be based upon the pursuit of low risk, recurring revenues, and the expansion of the Company through a mixture of organic growth, continued investment into development of green technology complemented by a highly selective acquisitions policy. I am pleased by the progress made in the introduction of new products and remain excited by the opportunities made available by the development of solar parks and the opportunity this brings to Ultima in further strengthening the group's green credentials and improving the prospects for growth in recurring revenue. 19 August, 2010

Following the successful launch of the Infineum Extreme in the UK, the R&D team at Infineum have designed a bicycle in conjunction with EQ‐Bikes of Holland suitable for the BENELUX market, incorporating the patented Infineum stackable battery system. Wazz Mughal, Managing Director of Infineum, said: “The European market, and in particular the BENELUX region, provides a huge potential for electric bicycle sales. EQ‐Bikes have the knowledge of the marketplace in this region, and have advised us on what is needed to make a successful product for this market based on our existing patented technology. We have now settled on a design, have signed a distribution agreement, and are very excited at the future business opportunities that the Infineum/EQ‐Bikes partnership can explore.” EQ‐Bikes are a dynamic entrepreneurial company founded by Rene van Wijngaarden and Dick van Steeg to provide high end, quality electric bicycles to the BENELUX marketplace. Both Rene and Dick have had long careers in the bicycle industry, and have amassed a wealth of knowledge about what products sell in their marketplace. Infineum and EQ‐Bikes have signed a 3 year exclusive distribution agreement for the BENELUX region. The agreement allows EQ‐Bikes to exclusively sell Infineum products and should amount to more than 16,000 Infineum units being sold into the BENELUX region. ‐ Ends ‐‐‐ SALES CONTACT DETAILS Website:

Aimzine Comment: So long as Ultima can obtain the debt funding on reasonable terms we would anticipate that they can achieve excellent returns from their Italian solar parks. This initial 1MW park could be the first of many providing excellent potential for shareholders. However, much is still to be done and we look forward to further news regarding the debt funding - - - - http://www.shareprice.co.uk/UTN/ULTIMA-NETWORKS-PLC
Readers might like to know this "SELL" was in fact my "BUY" made on 31/12/09 @ 12.00.53. It was not a sell!!
sp uip 20% today so far
I've been in these since the 50% drop in early January and it has been a rollercoaster. I've seen the share price nearly double a few weeks ago only for it to fall within a couple of days. Just came back from holiday to be pleasantly suprised. Their solicitor sofware looks great. Solicitors are stuck in the dark ages and I know this from dealing with some first hand recently. They need to upgrade their systems and processes and I really think this companys product could help. Fingers crossed for a bright summer.....
Been in these for about a month. The company keeps making money thanks to the popularity of their electric bikes. Expected to announce results very very soon. Expect good news :D
I am loving this!!
cant believe it too... when i was looking about the same time as you lot, it was at 0.5.. would have been worth a go! Will have to find something else to have a go on.... any suggestions?
I'm relatively new to this and saw the drop on Friday with as you say no real reason for it. So bit the bullet and invested first thing this morning. However, because of the bid/offfer spread I have still not made money on this share even though its gone up today by 60%. I bought this morning at 0.75. Because the share price is so low, its seems hard to make money on these small priced stocks because of the bid/offer spread??
should have trusted to our instincts...gone up already.
I would like to know what people think of this too... seems ok doesnt it??? Anyone out there have a clue?
cant find a reason for this drop, but the spread doesn't look great. is it a good buy?
