Ultima Networks plc (UTN.L) 1H 2010 results in line, still awaiting progress in Italy Full 1H 2010 results were in line with expectations, we make no change to our forecasts and retain our BUY rating. The business is continuing the trends evident in 2H 2009 in that the IT services (legal software) business continues to perform strongly, the green technology (electric bicycles) is struggling with the economic climate and the solar business is progressing in Spain but the major project in Italy still lacks the debt financing and connection to the Italian grid. Outside of the IT services business the other divisions are yet to perform but we think this is fully represented in the current share price and rate UTN a BUY
early doors..... movement today???
Professor Humayun Mughal, Chairman and CEO, commented: I am pleased to report that, despite the continuation of tough trading conditions during the six months ended 30 June 2010, Ultima has achieved group operating profit of £110,000 (H1 2009: loss of £10,000). All divisions have continued their commitment to research and development of new products resulting in the release by the IT Services division of the FiLos legal software suite and the completion of the design of a new generation of electric bicycles by the Green technology products division. The Board of Ultima expects that this continued investment into leading edge technology will help Ultima take advantage of changes in the economy. The IT services division has performed strongly, and the Board of Ultima expects this to continue. The Board of Ultima anticipate that the Green technology products division will benefit from new product release and improvement in consumer confidence and that the Green power division will build upon its successful commissioning of the pilot solar power park in Spain. buy within the spread
chance this could double in price before xmas........
bargain price. not on many peoples radar but once the solar park is finished in italy and the green company products such as the bikes start being snapped up, this could rocket to over 3-4p
lots of oportunity here for movement upwards....... not on peoples radar, but with less than 50% of shares in public hands it will move fast it does
blue here. once this is on peoples radar should fly. .123 is current buy price within the spread and a perfect opportunity to enter into a enviro friendly, profit-making, no debt company. DYOR, and good luck
why you advising to sell then? if its chillin, it aint going down and waiting to be bought up.
today and then lift up again tomorrow.
and after making a profit for first time it should be at least 2.5p again. will also move quickly. DYOR but its a bargain
5% each day will be nice........
seems like not many shares in public hands. over 50% owned by one group/family..,.... they are going to be minted once those solar panels start bringing in loads of revenue......
you can buy within the spread at between 1.17-1.23 matey. spread will tighten more on a few buys. looks a decent little company.
profitable, growing, no debt, and good little company..... could we see 2p year end? if not sooner?

this is a nice little company, expanding its IT solutions group, especially in the legal sector and also generating sales through its green products such as the development of 'solar parks' which i think will be huge in the future and also products such as its infineum bicycle range which has just recieved an order from the benelux, which has huge potential from our enviro-friendly bike bad european neighbours. Lots of potential here from a profit making, non debt company and lots of upturn.
being asked. could be a good monday here
which could increase rapidly in the continent. Ultima Networks plc.
