Thanks stedon I was trying to help, while searching for online betting I found this information which has been passed to JS for clarification, no response. http://www.racingpost.com/news/horse-racing/666bet-have-operating-licence-suspended/1841850/#newsArchiveTabs=last7DaysNews
My feeling is that you should listen to Woolworh, he doesn't give up without a fight, he is probably working hard at behind the scene. Loser dont be a loser all your life!
Personally as soon as I receive circular I will be voting yes for what I see as the only choice at present which is all resolutions proposed by B.O.D---- plus I have taken up share offer + extra.-----That is my choice others can make their own mind up
Call it want suits you, I only suggested wait, my loss is tens of thousands, got enough problems without flack for a suggestion, which I believe is correct. What do you suggest to recover my money?
Cant believe these shares over the years they should be hitting the stratosphere, perhaps we need to start using the BtB website its that depressing http://www.england.nhs.uk/2015/03/24/mh-apps-library/
Arrogance
Woolworth What gives you the right to instruct other people as to when they should vote. Surely people are capable of making up their own minds
Hi guys, Very new to investing and have 50,000 shares here, was prepared to lose all my money and was worth a punt a while ago. Now my trading account provider is telling me i need to make a decision on this consolidation. What is the general course of action here - what is everyone else doing? 25 shares seems pretty pathetic to me LOL!!!
of this i,m out before i lose the lot, rats leaving a sinking ship !! thats why they say only invest money you can afford to lose because you probably will you can be sure of it !! i will have to stop watching countdown.
Yes I think that most of us agree that the only road we have is with PAB. Good luck to us all. Does anyone know how the shares will be valued, on commencement of dealings in NEW ORDINARY SHARES?
What else is there. We lost most of our money before dilution, they said the company cant survive without the current resolutions, PB also said delist - several months ago, who to trust, is more to the point!!!
Unfortunately I have an old investment here since before the tech bubble burst, a measly 6000, which after the consolidation will I believe leave me with 3 shares, whoopee Ultasis you done me proud!!!
bequia my sentiments exactly, moaning about the situation wont solve anything move on and think positive
think we will have to agree ,whatever happens bell will have total control ,just remember he must have sunk a lot of money into the co and he needs it to work as much as us ...agree not nice to be minority shareholders but is there any alternative...if we voted it down we will all go belly up,,,i also think he needs to keep it as a public co to get nhs contracts also think there is news in the pipeline but he wants to take up all the new shares...comment please
So if we stop him funding we go flat anyhow?
You need to agree/disagree with the resolutions Bell put forward for him to agree further funding, he must be funding anyway IMO. Good luck.
Is there anything in the circular that MUST be signed? I feel like leaving every thing until the dust settles. There just is not enough company news coming through
9 on the circular link, item (iv )
If you read the circular there reference to it, it states they will remain listed, if I read it correctly GL... http://ultrasisplc.com/downloads/18038_Project_Red_Circular_CL_no_refs.pdf
The way I have figured it out is, IF PAB, Is going to delist, the longer it takes the better. to allow for good news to arrive and the price to rise.
Fingers crossed.
