DITTO I sent an email to the regulator, sick of the way we've been treated since last August. How come we are in this situation after John Smith repeat, return to profit 2015 unbelievable...
I have emailed the stock exchange and asked them to look in to the matter
That's the end of me posting on here anyway
website closed down,comments please
I think it says it all but no direct connection with our company yet...my concern that if investors{ shareholders}have no information of what is going on and to happen will they will vote in favour as most of us just believe what is on the paperwork.I want to see the facts out in the press etc then everyone can cast their vote as they wish...I feel there is a blanket on news etc and we are being led on a lead to the end .Why has the gaming commission acted and the lse done nothing ?????
This has today's date, I assume its an update, any thoughts? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3017028/Director-online-gambling-firm-linked-two-Premier-League-football-clubs-arrested-21m-fraud-probe.html

Primary investor Paul Bell http://www.sbcnews.co.uk/featurednews/2015/03/30/666bet-director-arrested-by-hmrc-fraud-investigation/
London stockexchange been informed ...everyone seems to be getting off a sinking ship
Reply from Ultrasis " Thank you for your email We are working on it to fix the site as soon as possible, I will update you as soon as it becomes available. "
I agree it doesn't, impossible to put a positive spin on it IMO, after sponsorship loss at one premiership club and possibly two more to follow, what's next....
question, has it broken down or been closed ???? question 2 why has he not replied to any e-mails or phone calls ??? this is not getting any better
The RNS said he was investing £250k, IMO he no longer is, also in the statement said he couldn't advice investors, hope that is of some help. Surprised he is able to invest that kind of money. Directors probably true - the site remains down good luck.
IS JS INDERPENDANT ?????? all other directors sacked last year
The site remain down, expecting a statement from John Smith aren't you? Why was false delist posted? Why wasn't the delist threat retracted? Why was funding uncertainty drawn out for months? Why does the company need to raise £5m create massive dilution, to pay PAB back yep!!!
no comment from company ,no comment from lse it seems at mo only interest is daily mail...........only 10 days to go time is running out
That wasn't at you, at the board, it would say 2 posts....?
That is MY opinion DONT YOU GET IT
ULT website is down at the moment
Would we have accepted the resolutions a few months ago, why wasn't the delist threat retracted and why was further uncertainty posted by the company, hello....don't you get it..... Ultrasis site down at 11.21am....
As it stands---- Bod who will have a greater knowledge about what is happening than anybody posting on here are recommending we accept proposed financing---People are still buying today---MMs are keen to buy your shares---If this stays as is I will back BOD. ps if co. is not overtrading why do they need refinancing?----I still think when PAB discovered the overtrading it MAY have triggered an angry reaction from him re delisting hence my reasoning that overtrading MAY be the main culprit. I only try to apply common sense and am not convinced by any conspiracy theory
see daily mail on line
We dc need that information, the BOD has that information, the BOD need the shareholders. Perhaps the Stock Exchange can lend a hand.
