Glad to see you are softening your stance a little and at least considering the fact that there may still be alternatives to rescue this Co. This has been the basis of my posts on here----- to at least Consider an alternative and not be too narrow minded.in your approach. I may not be just as stupid as you would try to make out.------ As far as your statement about me having different nicknames and working the boards--- you are well out of order--- but its not about me so you think what you like
Reidy I think he likes the attention I cant see any other reason for his continual posting---Just give him the odd dig now and then it keeps him happy---Did you notice when he started deleting his posts on advfn------What was that all about
What happened to all the energy you had when trying to convince people PAB was not the way forward for this company? Now that he is gone you seem quite willing to accept the company is finished. Do you not have any alternative suggestions to put forward. Personally I live in hope the BOD have not given up yet-- no matter how futile that might be.
probably give it a miss myself stedon anything we post on here wont make a difference anyway Whatever is going to happen will happen anyway and we may never know the whole truth
interesting---applying this proverb-----those who sound the best and make quick judgements and decisions are most often wrong--actually almost always wrong
Was it the delist threat Or the disclosure that the company were in financial difficulty that caused the share collapse?. Just wondering
I am neither crud nor loon Just simply someone with an open mind offering a different opinion to the one most posted on here. I am not trying to force my opinion on anybody. Not such a thing as free speech allowed on this board. I have never believed in the justice of a Kangaroo court
Ever heard the saying ---nasty minds have nasty thoughts ?
I think that is a possibility which should not be ruled out without definite proof to the counter.
No surprise your first to respond Woolworth--- Is nobody allowed to have views which don't agree with yours without being shouted down. I don't profess to be right but refuse to be bullied into an opinion by the likes of you. now run along
Nothing but negative comments on here but I still await some PROOF of allegations levelled against the BOD not just examples of what COULD happen or is predicted will happen by the Experts on here. Maybe the next news will be positive I don't know but I remain open minded. Sorry to post something which may have a little positivity attached --It wont go down well I know
If you would like me to apologise for offering an alternative point of view to the one repeatedly posted on here--sorry but I cant do that If you read my post properly you will see I DONT think this is all about ME. Of course I understand the anger and frustration of investors but I do think I am entitled to air my point of view on here without being contradicted every time---Let other investors make their own mind up. I only post as I see it as it stands . I will apologise to this bb if I have been too repetitive with my posts. I don't see why you need to jump to Woolies defence he seems quite capable of defending himself. I have no agenda and that is as far as I will go on this subject Get real we are all just nicknames on here nothing personal
What a clever little chap you are . This is not about you Or me Subject closed as far as Im concerned you carry on
I think your strategy is to saturate BBs with your posts which deters most posters from airing their views and lets your views be the most prominent. Nobody posts as much as you do just for the good of others
I wonder how many of the posters on here who have openly accused PAB and J. Smith of fraudulent dealings will have the guts to go to the meeting and confront them face to face. Or are they just Keyboard Warriors
I have applied for my options and will phone Halifax tomorrow to vote yes to all resolutions if things stay as they are. At present I can see no other choice. If the BOD say without this package the firm can no longer trade I believe them . Thanks for all advice to the counter given on here but I don't buy into this conspiracy stuff .Face value will do for me. Call me old fashioned but if I see a four legged animal with horns standing in a field and it goes moo like a cow I usually come to the conclusion it IS a cow . My thoughts-----overtrading and there is no room for sentiment in business.
Genuinely sorry if you are losing a lot of money but posting continuously on bulletin boards wont help to reduce your stress levels . Look at the section about Thinking Errors in the BTB programme it may help.
methinks you try too hard to push your point----not healthy
Ultrasis require extra funding so major shareholder PAB agrees a loan package-- Scenario ( 1 )company overdraw on this agreement due to cash flow/ overtrading problem-----PAB says no problem chaps plenty more where that came from help yourself---shares go up --Happy days---- scenario ( 2 ) company overdraw on the agreement--- PAB (being a business man and not a charity) says HOLD on a minute my money is being put at risk here IF the company is worth investing more money in I will provide but I want control of the situation so I want to delist. PAB for whatever reason changes his mind about delisting but still wants control over his money so comes up with the present plan . What is the most likely scenario ?
always posting negative---you will also be aware of the 155,856,308 shares voting Yes as posted in the circular . ----The board have looked into other methods of finance but appear to favour the proposed package. If somebody can come up with a better proposal ( a realistic one ) Im sure they and other investors would be interested Lots of posts on here accusing Named individuals of fraudulent dealings I bet they are taking note . Poorly managed dealings need not necessarily be fraudulent dealings.
