Dhthomson ----As it stands the proposed refinancing offer is the only thing on the table as far as I am aware Of course pi s would like a better deal which increased share value and left us with better control over our destiny but other than ----Lets vote against all proposals and keep our fingers crossed that something turns up---- advocated by a lot of posters on here what alternative is there. A lot of unfounded allegations against Bod are posted on here I wonder why . Be wary of posters on here who try to start unfounded rumour,s with no factual evidence attached Nobody knows for sure what the outcome will be . Make your own decision but you haven't lost anything if you don't sell for less than you bought.

As it stands---- Bod who will have a greater knowledge about what is happening than anybody posting on here are recommending we accept proposed financing---People are still buying today---MMs are keen to buy your shares---If this stays as is I will back BOD. ps if co. is not overtrading why do they need refinancing?----I still think when PAB discovered the overtrading it MAY have triggered an angry reaction from him re delisting hence my reasoning that overtrading MAY be the main culprit. I only try to apply common sense and am not convinced by any conspiracy theory

correct me if I am wrong But Im sure I read on another board that Mr Bell became a director 10/3/15 --only 8 days before action was taken so maybe he should be given the benefit of the doubt on this one

Could you say for how long Mr Bell had been a Director of Metro Play before this action was taken against them

Not saying you wont be proved to be correct in some of what you say and not looking for an argument My only interest is in the truth of the matter. I prefer to err on the side of caution and not go gung ho in one direction till I know all the facts. To my knowledge there is no proof that a major investor is trying to fleece this company and although I am unhappy with the dramatic drop in the share price I am quite willing to accept that this may be mainly down to overtrading. I agree a statement from the BOD would be welcome but if none is forthcoming I will assume that nothing has changed since their last statement and then I will decide whether to vote on the advice of the BOD or the advice of Anonymous posters on bulletin boards. Just my opinion not trying to influence anybody.

I am always wary of people,s posts on these boards. Posters have anonymity and sometimes they have an agenda. Today for example someone who got fed up reading the negativity continually posted about this share sold 5,000,000 shares, almost immediately someone else bought 5,500,000. Today this was probably a coincidence and I am not saying the negativity posted today was responsible for or connected to these actions just taking this opportunity to make newcomers aware of the possibilities and to do their own research and make their own judgement based on that.

bequia do you know for certain who has been arrested and who is guilty of what I would be careful about naming names . Just friendly advice

What is the alternative. Im willing to listen to anybody with a better idea. To tell PAB he cannot invest his money the way he wants but still expect him to bale out the company is a risky strategy.--- stedon thanks for your invaluable advise. Not losing any money on this share having sold 50% of my holding for 100% profit a while ago --do the maths

Personally as soon as I receive circular I will be voting yes for what I see as the only choice at present which is all resolutions proposed by B.O.D---- plus I have taken up share offer + extra.-----That is my choice others can make their own mind up
