Couldn't agree more at the moment but you never know. It would be nice for them to turn this crock around though.
HaHaHa,
For £1 you get approx. 1540 shares.!!
When you start getting 154 shares for £1 then it may be worth a punt but for now it's a better bet to have a pound on the Thunderball - The odds of a return are way better !
Come on UKOG, show all the doubters you will become a major player
Why are you on here then,,,interfering again I dare say.
Must be some sort of record. 100 trades. Value under £2k. Biggest trade just over £200.
Balancedviewer
So yet another s***stirrer who comes onto a BB where they have no interest. We certainly get our fair share on here. Why not call the Samaritans. They have trained people who will actually listen to you.
P.S. Ibug, just for the record I don't own any UKOG shares and I bet you never did either. I posted here to congratulate UKOG on the Court appeal which is great for O&G companies, of which I have a very low average in Angus looking for acquisitions. So you and Bubblepoint the 0&G expert "LOL" having more green boxes than Asda carry on trolling for pennies, enough said see ya!
"unbalancedviewer" is a more appropriate name given the fact that your posts are not at all balanced. Why should I reply to someone who hardly ever visits this board when most on here know full well if I hold shares here or not. You really do know how to pick shares to invest in. In my view you are totally unbalanced. You are not even worth stalking. Best to do your research before looking and sounding stupid.
Pboo, the same aliases use the same term "unbalancedviewer" on the Angus site. Now it's strange that the poster HITS from Angus noticed my post here,i'm either being stalked or talking to the same alias here. I find it silences these posters like Ibug and Co when asking them if they own shares with no reply. I find it pointless posting on these forums when "the paid trolls" will carry on talking crap for years, gla to all genuine shareholders in UKOG & ANGUS!
UKOG are not going to be able to raise £700k, let alone £7m+ for a drill and EWT.
Loxley is a ruse, nothing more. Don't buy this dog or you'll be learning some lessons the hard way.
Turns out they have had 5 bites at the cherry to raise cash in the last 4 years.
23 February 2024
Resolutions 3 and 5 are being proposed at the Reconvened GM to allow the Company to raise funds this year to deliver its stated strategy and growth objectives, which include progressing both the material Loxley gas development and the strategic Portland hydrogen storage project, one of the largest planned in the UK. Failure to carry resolutions 3 and 5 will, therefore, mean that the Company will not be able to fully implement its operational and growth strategy.
01 February 2024
In the light of the recent successful Court of Appeal decision upholding the Company's planning consent to drill and test the discovered Loxley gas deposit, the Company now aims, subject to further funding, to commence the planned Loxley-1 appraisal programme in the second half of 2024. Certain costs associated with the discharge of pre-commencement planning conditions will also need to be funded.
28 June 2023
The funds will fully fund working capital necessary to progress the Company's key planned activities over the next 12 months, which include:
· Loxley gas discovery: discharge of planning conditions and preparations for site construction, plus a potential farmout to cover the planned appraisal and development programme,
09 July 2021
Open Offer of up to 2,643,429,529 Open Offer Shares at £0.0018 per share
In addition, within its UK portfolio, the Company also plans to fund regulatory works at Horse Hill, ongoing licence obligations and work related to the planning applications to drill at its Loxley and Isle of Wight sites, together with costs related to developing new geothermal projects at its sites and elsewhere.
04 June 2020
Raised £4.2 million at 0.2 pence per share to provide funding for the above and other key activities. To include preparations for work at the Loxley Portland gas appraisal well site, if planning approval is granted on 29 June, and follow-up of the Arreton, Isle of Wight planning application. Placing details are provided below.
Untrustworthy? It’s become a laughing stock, a national embarrassment lol. But if you work for them they are keeping you in work and steviboy is laughing all the way to the bank
'Drill cost £7 million
Full field development £50 million'
in fairness I should point out that there has been way north of 10% inflation since these figures were given in oral evidence at the Loxley enquiry.
And, of course, the full field development cost would only be relevant IF the £7 m plus drill proves a robust commercial case.
It was also conceded at the planning enquiry that the optimistic possible volumes numbers were solely based on UKOG's own re-interpretation of the legacy data.
Any potential partner is going to pass a fairly sceptical eye over any numbers provided by UKOG..
Bubble in his expert opinion think this.
Oh dear oh dear, there is no hope for him.
Drill cost for this outfit probably 3 X the normal drill time, and 5 X the cost too. Ohhh and then a 1000 excuses as to how the muds have now caused poor flow or no flow lol
Whilst I agree this can be considered good news for the oil and gas industry on the whole, It’s meaningless to ukog and their shareholders, going back the SP reaction no one is interested in Loxley or anything SS or ukog have to say, they have cried wolf so many times, shareholders and prospective shareholders don’t believe a word they say, that includes their dodgy CPR and also the vague RNS the continue to issue, basically the whole company has become untrustworthy in the eyes of the market in general as well as the private investors…
Drill cost £7 million if done by a smart & responsible outfit with a decent drilling program.
Drill cost for this outfit probably 3 X the normal drill time, and 5 X the cost too. Ohhh and then a 1000 excuses as to how the muds have now caused poor flow or no flow lol
"So they will need to raise some funds to pay for the cost of the drill. Does anyone know how much this is going to cost?"
Answer was provided in evidence given to the planning enquiry;
Drill cost £7 million
Full field development £50 million
Haaaa haaaa peeeeeeee boooooo !! the one that ONLY posts to shlaaaag others off, and is incapable of posting ANYTHING relevant to these ermmmm wonderful companies lol... Give Adrian my regards in the old gang room lol !!!
I see Bully boy, Bubblepoint is bullying yet again.
Totally no need to comment on balencedviewers post.
Unbalancedviewer is firmly on my clown filter, totally clueless and now wears slip on's as his mum got tired of him not being able to tie his own after 30 years !!! Spends his life defending the undefendable worst stocks on Aim.... lol
LOL Ibug, i'm just saying that you spend most of your life posting here, can I presume you hold shares working all those hours.
LOL, BO is back in town, No what bo?
Unbalancedviewer
Best to check my posting history before making more stupid comments.
No
LOL Ibug, you seem to have late evenings and early Mornings just like certain posters on the Angus board don't you eh!
