Confirmation of major orders this week imo Fill your boots fill your isas
Whilst I remain convinced TTG is a good company I feel that its prospects are not going to be due to Virolens. I took profits and got into other options, one of which CWR has already paid off and looks good for the future.
I feel that the competition to provide virus testing is simply too great to speculate on. The market rarely fails to spot opportunities IME.
I suspect A wise decision On your b&i and one that I will be doing on Monday as long as the spread is like todays , hsbc had 2000 applicants for stocks isa on the 6th which they were working thru today, was assured it would be ready late on today . I would imagine there is still a chunk of new money to be put in the markets over the next week or so , not just b+i .will be filling the wifes up with new Monday too . And it will be on Ttg as Its the safest stock around with chance of multi bag imo
They are recyclable.
FWIW after much deliberation I chose to B&I my TTG holdings. One of the attractions over my other positions was the spread, the other is I see this as having been pretty much over looked compared to other covid plays because it doesn’t really fit the profile.
The best abstract I can compare with is AIM listed CAR. It’s on my watchlist, I don’t hold. So it’s another one of those sds law shares we all have!
I had it from like 20p but never bought. They sell Medical grade plastics for use in Lateral flow devices etc. So it was an obvious covid hedge, like investing in lots of LFD covid stocks and other testers all at once.
Anyway my point is look at their chart and they have had NO operational RNS”s since 23-12-20.
So my lateral thinking is a similar ‘chart’ mcap shift benefit here and as posted we are so much more. Hence I wanted ISA ‘air cover’!
Trek
Recycled not re-used , the capsules will be the gamechanger
Capsules could be recycled and reused tho? Would hope so anyway.
Youll get one for around 25k and £3 a capsule . Bargain!! After paying the hrly rate for a supervisor a fiver a test would cover it , need to get a move on and get them in all the airports and stadiums etc, get society moving again
We are also excited to announce our HealthKeyID and Virolens integration for a Covid-19 privacy compliant digital passport system. HealthKeyID will launch in the coming weeks.
This looks like an excellent added bonus. It is old news announced with the UK approval but another key advantage. Home testing is all very well but where is the proof of a result. Are we supposed to rely on everyones honesty and accuracy of test result? I have been waiting for months to get a quote on costs for one of these which is a bit disappointing. Are they inundated with orders or still working out the price?
I wont argue with that Cookster, I was being reserved in my volumes anyhow . Sp to the moon soon!!
Where is the info on the cost of the capsules? Virolens is certainly getting coverage in Australia which is great news
Carzy.. Good call but calcs are under estimated. £1.50 profit per capsule and 3 mil per machine so profits will be significantly more. Coiled spring indeed.
Imagine being out, or short in that scenario! Might hurt a few :-)
If my calcs are correct and they make £1 profit per capsule and provide just 10,000 machines and a million capsules with each machine the profit would be 10billion . Imagine they provide a 100,000 machines !!! Absolute phenomenal gains to be had here imo . A little patience required but string of announcements will see this sp as chicken feed .Cmon now!!!
I would say its under hyped , you wait until they announce the massive orders , I wouldnt want to be out of this as it would cost you 30% more to get back in after 1st of many game changing imminent announcements .
It is a good company. But over-hyped. I may get back in having made good profits but only around 190-200p
Tt has always been a steady and reliable bet. Take no notice of the doom mungers and stick with this company. Always believe only half of what you see and nothing much of what you read ! Target price £5 - check this in April 2022
I see the military were using fast second reaction Covid 19 test kits on the TV over the weekend. They did not say what they were exactly but can only be the Virolens me would think. These are ideal for cruise ships as well even whilst on board so anyone testing positive can easily be isolated for comfort of other passengers etc.
"This is like a coiled spring!!" - agree but enough coiling it's now time to release the Kraken let's have some of that LFT action!
I guess that they are looking at the lowest cost way out of the mess first - and when that doesn't happen!
That share price is probably the right level for something that hasn't been given approval for that market so the opportunity to replace that orange with a larger fresher one is definitely still there. What i can't understand is why the government are not acknowledging that their roadmap to easing lockdown can be made easier in certain events with viorlens?
"The Xtek Ltd (ASX: XTE) share price is seesawing in late-afternoon trade after coming out of a trading halt. The company announced a distribution agreement and lifted the restrictions that were placed earlier yesterday.
When news broke, the Xtek share price soared to an intraday high of 62 cents. However, since then, some profit taking has taken place. At the time of writing, the defence contractor’s shares are flat at 54 cents apiece."

30 March.
Clearly the markets are well clued up on the situation and the orange has been well squeezed. My expectations for a TTG surge are pretty low, I am sorry to say.
Exactly !!! While there is room for all types of testing, the turnstile virolens test that is independantly manned will be the foolproof future .
and I suppose I should have added - how can we be sure that people have swabbed themselves correctly for the lateral flow test?
