Lets wait for revenue to start coming in before anything else :-)
Maybe...
Their shareholding remained the same.
Their percentage has fallen because of the dilutive recent share issue of 6m odd to settle exercise of options.
Seems logical?
It came up in my voting mailbox on both my accounts once I asked them to add it. Thought they may have done it across the board for all their clients!
No tax on Isa holdings!
Plus for those with ii I have just had a reply to my more than 5m vote YES,
"Your vote has been submitted for validation. As part of this process, the meeting should become available in your Voting Mailbox tomorrow allowing you to submit your vote if you so choose. If not, we will do it for you tomorrow anyway."
So ii have finally decided to make it available to all holders who are registered on their voting service.

My facts are fine thanks, I was simply pointing out that NATO does not sanction any country and the term NATO used in your context was wrong.
What about JAPAN? they are in the rest of the world and they sanctioned Russian banks
NATO is a defense alliance. "The North Atlantic Treaty Organization"
so less of the Lololololol you sound like a child.
Get your facts straight mate NATO don't sanction.
"Nato stole russian foreign reserves and have put strong sanctions on them" Really? NATO?
Not entirely sure RY will have a job for life, regardless of the outcome of the current offer. Presumably he can voted out , when is he up for re-election next?
"He has no incentive to do so though"
Sack em all and bring back Adam Habib! Muah ha ha :-p
From Google
"Ordinary Resolution is one in which the general meeting requires a simple majority to move the resolution. Special resolution means a resolution that needs a clear majority to approve the resolution at the general meeting."
I think the figures are :
Ordinary resolutions 50% to pass
Special resolutions require a minimum 75%
Are special resolutions only called at EGMs and Ordinary resolutions called at OGMs ?
Make sure your vote counts! GLA
From ii voting page
"Comment: 12 MAY 2022: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MEETING TYPE CHANGED FROM EGM TO OGM. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SENT IN YOUR VOTES, PLEASE DO NOT VOTE AGAIN UNLESS YOU DECIDE TO AMEND YOUR ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS. THANK YOU"
Does this have any significance on how votes are counted?

Talk of paying tax on selling an asset at this stage is scaremongering.

Todays dip seems to be the dividend plus trading fees associated with trading , so currently no apparent gain.
