Justrollwithit,
And a company risk policy is there for a reason, to prevent employees gambling on high risk stocks. It doesn't matter how much money is involved, the risk policy is based on the risk profile of the stock, and Tomco is way higher risk than Cantor state is their policy to invest in.
"A low-risk approach to equity capital markets"
"Matched, off-exchange trading and institutional orders executed on exchanges require only limited capital commitment. As a result, ECM does not carry significant levels of inventory and we are never exposed to high levels of market risk."

0.05 should I say. Maybe 0.5 is a premonition LOL!
Looking at the trades and prices I reckon that's 55m bought. The first 10m at 0.5 is marked as 'unknown' but the sell before is was at 0.45 and the two tiny buys were at 0.5, and the 10m after it is marked as a buy at 0.5, so both are buys. The 10m reported at 15:12:49 is marked as sell but I reckon it's a buy that's had delayed reporting, it's an O trade so via an MM so could have been done way earlier.
They might be being forwarded sold to Cantor Fitzgerald Europe,
Remember a further 667m shares are hitting come next week
Well, if they do know something!!!!!! They will keep buying, could be interesting
For an institution this is not a big risk though. We are talking about a few ten of thousands for them when they normally would deal with millions. I'll take it though, they clearly know a good price when they see it.
What is even stranger is the no way does the risk profile of Tomco fit their risk policy, unless they know something we don't.

Strange, they reduced their holdings in December now buying,
I think they went up 40m shares. If it's them then we'll get another holdings RNS.
There was a tr1 yesterday Cantor Fitzgerald Europe has started buying more , I guess theses buys could be theirs,

And a 15mil
Tick tock... make that 35m now.
2x 10,000,000 buys, tick up
Maybe thats because you are too old for chocolate, but certainly not old enough to enjoy a positive RNS, keep the faith.
Every Easter is a disappointment.
And this:-
little bit deserted over here. So, while everybody is unhappy with proceedings so far, myself included but I do see some hope for the future. Of course it will all depend on the bond maturing for want of a better word, and cash in the bank. We all regard TOM as an oil company. Well it isn’t, it is a sand company, because the sand is worth more than the oil. Why? Because there is a world wide shortage of sand particularly silica for glass. The TOM machine produces 1.5 barrels of quality sand for every barrel of oil. Currently oil is selling at 77$ pho. Sand is selling at about 85$ per barrel.Tom will be unique in its revenue for one machine, maybe 2? We know that TOM Owns a lot of oil. Who knows what the sand is worth? The sand is not going away, been there a few millions of years, and with a world-wide shortage. There is no oil shortage even with Russia sanctions. So, I see the sand being dominant in the company’s future. The BOD actually said at the AGM 2 years ago “we are a sand company where the byproduct is oil. If we can get this funding sorted, I am hopeful that TOM has a bright future.
Maybe Potter got easter confused with leap year.
That made me spit my Ovaltine out :-)
Don't worry its all gonna be good, they have cracked it!
I think the resurrection of Jesus is more likely
The BOD have hatched a plan, Our Golden Goose will deliver our funding by Easter.
Looks like a lot of schoolkids been trading this morning. I wonder if it's part of an economics experiment
