On the case board site, links below, if you search for Tintra in cases, you can find a recent filing by John Botros, the in house barrister at Tintra applying for administration of the company.
It’s game over for shareholders in the AIM company of the year 2022.
At least Vanessa is happy. She posted this on X

From what I’ve read in these 2 cases they had 2 claims brought against them one by Fintech Leaders Fund LLC and the other Cogut Craig,Cogut Deborah,Cogut Family Partnership VII.
The change of address today was authorised by one of the following (According to companies house documentation)
"Director, Secretary, Person Authorised, Liquidator, Administrator, Administrative Receiver, Receiver,

The only thing I’ve seen is an updated address on the gov website to 7 BELL YARD

Nope - It would be good to have some communication about this but no is forthcoming!
Thanks. Any knowledge of the cause of the postponements?
The last one was 2nd May, and it's (I think) a two week postponement from then. No links I'm afraid

The lack of communication, missed deadlines and board departures tells the story loud and clear. What was a great vision with huge potential has lost its key ingredient to get to market "momentum". They have been lapped by others.
Rip TNT
Maybe we should organise ourselves to put some pressure..
TNT makes me feel more deflated than a deflated helium balloon. They gave us a 90 day exit window from the end of April - well if they hold true to that they have until Tuesday. But still not listed on JPJenkins.
Not looking as rosey as I once hoped and I wonder what - of the merger situation.
I get the distinct feeling based on how shareholders have been treated up until now, that the MBF was a test to see how many wanted out, with little to zero commitment to actually letting it happen. They were probably surprised to see how many did want out when the limit orders flooded in and as such are not planning on making it easy for us to get our money back. Only when it suits them will they consider letting us out. Zero regulation, zero cares for private investors. Disgusting behaviour. Do they care? Do they £uck!
So many times now, Tintra have conveniently become untradeable at prominent times. I don't see that changing. Like I say, based on my experience so far....
You aren't an ex shareholder, you are a shareholder in an unlisted company - at the moment, a number of us are waiting on the matched bargain facility which was with JP Jenkins, but isn't available at present. I've no idea what you will need to do if you only have a paper certificate as (as far as I know) JPJ will only deal electronically.
Does anybody know what the process is for ex shareholders? Got a certificate from my bank for my holding, contacted TNT and their brokers but no response. Reading below I understand there could be a window to offload the shares. Any quick direction would be most welcome.
Sure has gone quite on here ,
When will they list on Jenkins .
Thanks Steamy,all sorted.
Working OK for me, could be your browser.

Well, I hope you are right. I really do. If this first tranche gets paid out, I will have much more confidence in them making good on what they say!
Flatliner, I share your concerns.
As per the recent update ‘For those that missed the opportunity in the first tranche due to the suspension, as previously mentioned there will be a second opportunity for shareholders to exit and that will be a 90 day period. This will commence from the end of April.’
So we must wait longer but at least from the end of the month 🤞 Tintra will be re-listed on JP Jenkins and those who wish can continue to sell their shares.
Gla
I’m 25% happy. I have a quarter of my shares placed on limit within that first phase but couldn’t get the other 75% transferred as they were refused due to the JP suspension. So it seems a little unfair that I wanted to offload all, but couldn’t. Not sure they can call it an initial 60 day window when it was suspended for most of that. Call me a cynic, but I can’t help wondering if the suspension was deliberate to stop a wave of interest they couldn’t honour. They have an obligation to treat all shareholders fairly, which this doesn’t really feel like they are.
I’m still very worried about this. Not only for the 75% I didn’t get transferred. I guess we wait and see (again). At least they provided an update.
I'm happy with it - they seem to be willing to honour the matched bargain, so I've got a chance of getting out!
Not bad update as long as we can relist on JP Jenkins buy out may still come in .

Certainly looks ominous at the moment. No update from TNT on twitter or company website, no change currently showing re winding up petition either.
Suspect it won't be long before the outcome is known though. Heads or tails....
Yes it was a punt and by definition you win some lose some, but now realise that this horse was never in the race and possibly didn't exist !

I was trying to calculate the 60 day period 😔. One disappointment after another and they get away with it. Like the latest one where they suggested an ‘exciting update’ landing on Monday 25 March on X … 3 April and still nothing
Still no listing on JP Jenkins, so it looks like we will miss the 60 deadline on Friday for selling our shares via the first opportunity.
Do we still have a company

Some of the comments on that twitter post are somewhat amusing though….
Also not funny considering the money I’ve (stupidly) wrapped up in them. What a farce though.
Maybe the next part of this exciting journey has been Terminated. You just couldnt make it up with this crew.LOL.Though actually not so funny where profesionalism is concerned, considering what their aims are.
Just outstanding. Create a bit of news that news is coming, but ‘forget’ to actually publish the news.
I’m intrigued. Has anyone actually counted the number of times they’ve said they’ll do something then haven’t? There’s a fine line between incompetence and misleading/fraud. Not saying any of their actions are deliberate, but if I had a spectrum showing each end of the incompetence/deception scale, I’d certainly put them in Ozark territory 🙄
Let's face it, it isn't the first time they've said they're going to do something and then not done it.
Thank you for your replies, hopefully all will be revealed soon.
Best regards
OBNC
OBNC - Yep I got the same response from Jarvis / Sharedeal Active. It's a pain as the transfer will take some time and i'm doubting it will get done in time to take advantage of the first 60 day period (if that does indeed happen). Very frustrated with this.
OBNC sorry to hear you’ve been blocked transferring to SDA. On the positive you’ve got an account ready and waiting until the suspension has been lifted or there is a clearer path forward.
I’ve decided to do nothing and keep my shares in a standard trading account. Upon ANY news - I’ll make a decision.
I wish I could be part of the Telegram group - they may be more in the know.
GLA
Very quite here, anyone have any news? So TNT missed the end of February for the proposed merger etc, and only 30 days left for THE MBF to be activated. Meanwhile I have been blocked from transferring any shares to Sharedeal Active where I have managed to open an account, until the “temporary “ suspension from the JP Jenkins site has been lifted. Frustrated.
OBNC
Aidan
I am still transferring shares to a broker that will ally the MBF, so I have yet to place an order, hopefully the MBF facility will be back on before the end of the 60 day period.

Looooooooser if your current broker can't facilitate with the Tintra MBF then the other option (as per Jp Jenkins site) is to go via “we recommend using www.sharedealactive.co.uk “.
I can't remember who but I know 1 other has signed up this way.
Very disappointed with their service as they "can not" facilitate the potential Tintra Match Bargain Facility with JP Jenkins.
Does anybody have an idea how to go about it so that if the Match Bargain Facility with JP Jenkins does go ahead, I will be able to join the Tintra Exodus. By the way what is this "60 days" arrangement?
I am also stuck wth my Tethys Petroleum shares, which used to be listed on the London Stock Exchange. The continue to trade on the Canadian Stock Exchnge (TSX), and Over The Counter (OTC) in New York. Again IWEB is disappointing as the can't trade via New York OTC, also the do not have any agents on the Canadian TSX.
IWEB is a very disappointing platform as the can't provide the service that I require. And at £5.00 commission on UK deals for all sales and purchases of shares, they are no longer the cheapest either, as the lowest dealing service is now £3.00 per deal. I am planning to move over as soon as I can.

Hi All,
Thanks for all your messages.
I did contact II today, and they have set my price of £1.50 (these are the shares I held in ISA, but now they moved them to my normal trading account)
I did talk to them about my holdings in SIPP and they said, they can set the limit order on them too in the same way!!
I was really impressed.
So I am thinking now, would it be worth holding these shares in my normal account and SIPP for longer time than just selling them off now? Would I have any or same options later on, that there would be buyers for these shares or would we get sha fted later on? what are you thoughts.
Ta G
Flatliner - I hold my shares in a SIPP with AJ Bell and have placed a limit order at 150p. I had to call them up to do it and the charge will be £29.95 if the order goes through.
Also, as Aidan says, you will need to call II to place your lint order. If they do execute, I don’t expect the first tranche to do so before 8/9 april
Re list not delist!
I have shares held in a trading account with II and have placed a limit sell order at 1.50.
I have a horrible sense your SIPP holdings are at the mercy of Tintra ls future success. They can’t be transferred out of the SIPP, so they will just sit there and you’ll need to hope they delist in the future.

Re the update, so if I have this correct, we can place a sell order anytime in the 60 day window, then at the end of 60 days the shares will be sold at the £1.50 price subject to the buyer having sufficient funds available to buy all of the sell orders, if not, the shares will be scaled back , so either your sell order will be successful or part thereof .

Hi, Seems you can instruct Freetrade to trade with JPJenkins. I'm waiting for my ISA held shares to transfer to my IA account. Decided I will wait until the funding situation becomes clearer in Feb, then decide what I will do - hold or sell part/all in the second round. Be interesting to see how much RS still holds - does anyone know. ? If there is a Telegram group or other forum for PIs, please let me know. Regards.
Thank you for that.
I'm told they are legally obliged to transfer out of ISA within 30 days of de-listing. According to my count (from 8th Jan), that should happen today or tomorrow. So, it should be automatic, but Barclays seem somewhat slow sometimes!
Flatliner, I have opened a trading account for my wife and myself, do I assume that Barclays will now transfer our TNT shares to the new accounts as soon as, or do I need to call them to do it? Any help appreciated.

I'm with AJ Bell and I've just heard back from them regarding if they are willing to broker my shares on the JP Jenkins platform.
"Thank you for your email.
AJ Bell do part take in matched bargaining with JP Jenkins, we can attempt to place an order via this facility.
If you have any further queries, please feel free to contact us."
I will be setting my minimum sell price at £1.50 when I give the instruction to sell. We do have some control over the price.
OBNC
I’ll literally be fuming and write to RS if it remains that price 😅. I sure hope it changes as I don’t see any trades being made otherwise
Let's hope they do fix at 1.50 and not the 0.325 currently showing on JP's site!! https://jpjenkins.com/company/tintra/
Let's hope we can get a good result for us abandoned PI's Butterfly and we can off load a shares. I've never had to do anything like this before, so hopefully it's not too difficult to do.

Hi make more money have you managed to move your shares from Halifax ? If so where ? I have shares in tnt in Halifax share dealing but not a clue if or where to move them too . Advice would be much appreciated.
This was pretty much what I got from IG too. As of now though they are still sat in my ISA. Think I'll give them a nudge.
Received this info from Halifax:
Proposed Cancellation of Listing on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM).
Important Information & Other Key Dates:
Tintra Plc (Tintra) is proposing to cancel the admission to trading of its Ordinary shares on the AIM.
The Cancellation received shareholder approval at the General Meeting of the Company held on 4th January 2024 and is expected to become effective on 8th January 2024.
The Tintra shares were suspended from trading on the AIM on 6th December 2023, therefore you are no longer able to trade in your Tintra shares.
The Directors intend to create and maintain a matched bargain settlement facility via J P Jenkins. The intention is to set the price at 150p pence per Ordinary share, there is no guarantee that there will be a buyer at this price. Once the matched bargain facility has been arranged, further details will be made available to shareholders on the Company's website at www.jpjenkins.com.
Regrettably, we are unable to facilitate trades using the Company's matched bargain facility. Should you wish to use the Company's facility following the delisting, please refer to the Tintra website or contact Tintra for further information on the process.
Please be aware that you may be required to transfer your shares to a Broker that participates in Matched Bargain facilities.
If the Cancellation becomes effective, the Tintra shares will no longer be listed on a Recognised Exchange and will no longer qualify to be held within an ISA product. Should you hold these shares within an ISA, we will transfer your Tintra shares to your Share Dealing Account once the Cancellation becomes effective. If you do not have a Share Dealing Account, we will arrange to open one for you.
Should you retain your holding of Tintra, we will notify you on receipt of any further information from the Company.
Should you wish to find more information about the Cancellation, please visit the Tintra website, www.tintra.com
