Rick you’re missing the part where the nominal value of each share will be changing from 1p to 0.005p so the bod can raise at 0.0075

If they had an ounce of decency left in them they would purchase on the market at this ‘low’ price the longer they don’t put their hands in their pockets just shows the market they don’t think this is a low price and it will go lower.

When the nominal value resolution is passed you can almost guarantee they will do a placing. Contradicting again what the recently stated in an rns.

If you go through and read past rns from over the years it’s actually laughable at how blatantly they say one thing and do another. When I have some time later I’ll go through all the and post.

Unfortunately all time has done is shown the bod are not trustworthy and what they say in an rns should be taken with a pinch of salt as they’ve been proven to say things that aren’t true in them

Look out for the discounted placing once the resolution has been passed!

It’s hardly a big buy it’s 5k bought by someone openly trading here.

The sad thing is the bod will never buy here on the open market as they get shares for free here. As soon as it’s agreed the nominal value decreases we will get a fund raise here. Why buy now when in a couple of weeks it will be much lower here!

we are only down because of the ceos actions in selling his family’s shares to get them back cheaper in a discounted placing

they(or trevor) has caused this **** show of a share price he needs to sort it out.

weather that means him stepping aside and allowing someone who actually knows what they’re doing, that can write a correct rns first time round and preferably someone who knows what a decimal point is and where it goes.

This is what the regulators should be picking up. If all investors knew half the information being hidden from them by the bod they wouldn’t invest here.

Another thing to bear in mind is we were told the IB team is very busy whilst we were developing Gam. The team doing the trials Iqai are not involved in is exactly the same so how are they going to find the time to develop ibs existing pipe line. Hence the reason the product we are being told that will generate funds is nothing to do with the IB team as they are now busy developing gam with our data.

IB nimble is a separate team to IB and kirkstal a separate company. Perhaps a question could be asked as to what has happened to the relationship between Iqai and IB. As it seems they’re nothing to do with us anymore. At least revenue generating wise.

In my opinion there’s been a falling out between the 2 probably because tb couldn’t raise the funds he promised at the beginning hence making them go alone.

A share consolidation would mean the cycle of issuing confetti could begin. It’s not a good thing

The only question being asked should be if we’re so undervalued then why are the bod not filling their boots with shares at such a cheap price. Probably because they know as soon as they can they’ll be raising cash and issuing lots of shares at a lower price than now so why would they buy on the open market that’s just for stupid regular investors like us.

If there’s no director buys then it proves they don’t think it’s undervalued and there will be an opportunity to get these cheaper so why waste your money.

You aren’t going to get any answers from this crooked bod they are in it for themselves and themselves only. I’ve been in here a long time and heard almost every trick in the book from them. Kirkstal will never generate anything meaningful for ordinary shareholders and also imaging biometrics as the IB staff will all be busy developing Gam for the mcw. They are touting nimble as the lasted product close to generating revenue but from past experience this will never happen nimble along with many other projects will eventually get shelved. It’s funny that in the latest accounts they state another companies product is the main driver for an increase in revenue. My comments regarding this going insolvent is to stop the lies coming from the bod and to stop any new potential investors from losing their hard earned like everyone here has already. But funny enough the only shareholder here that’s up is TB and his family.

This is really where regulators should step in to protect personal investors and bod members should be banned from being able to scam others as nothing other than Issuing new shares will happen here.

We could possibly see a consolidation as an artificial way of increasing the share price here. This would not be good for existing shareholders down on their investment as it will most likely come with a raise really screwing old investors over.

It’s getting to the point where I would welcome very much so the insolvency rns that cant be too far away as it means we aren’t being lied to anymore.

It would also mean a certain someone can’t draw £100k per year for his efforts here. If he’s taking 100k again this year then that’s crazy we would need to group together to sort out this mess. Unfortunately the best way forward here considering how crap and uninvestable this company has been made to be. They state they have contracts with GE but show no revenue??? If you go through every past rns you could potentially see that almost everything promised by the bod has been a lie or never achieved.

Sadly the best option here is the company put out of business. It’s pretty much been out of business considering how useless the bod have been and completely silent. And the bod here should never be allowed to run another listed company

Unfortunately we have been shafted by the scientists at mcw and also the bod here that’s supposed to protect ALL shareholders interests. How none of them havent resigned yet is a joke. They have achieved nothing literally nothing for over 5 years and wasted millions of investors money and now they hide under a rock. I really think a group of us should go to the agm this year just to look them in the eye and tell them how we feel and the changes we want to see!! I know they don’t care but just to make them feel uncomfortable for 10 minutes would be a nice thing to see.

Yep the last time I sold here was 525k shares for 19p that would be nice to see those highs again!
