I notice Spreadex had been involved in Beacon Energy and Beacon have hit a problem.
Do Spreadex know something we don’t?
My suspicions are for shorts but that may not be a bad thing!
Not quite sure whether these are good news or not - IG Markets offer shorting, but Spreadex Ltd, according to Google, do not. Hoping that maybe there's a leak of good news somewhere that's made them interested in buying in now, but then again, who knows!

Have a look at Cooper Metal's Board to see a connection.
Timothy Armstrong - all of 33 years old.
A useful addition in terms of mining finance contacts or a bit of eye candy for the CEO?
From the Prenzler Group website :
Tim Armstrong - Corporate Adviser
Tim brings 8 years of experience in the finance sector with extensive networks in the equity markets in Australia and abroad, Tim started his career in financial PR and was instrumental in building Stocks Digitals business in the UK. Tim is a board member of several ASX listed and unlisted companies and has advised on a number of successful ASX IPO, RTO, and project acquisitions, specialising in sub $100m Mkt cap range. Tim is also a former professional cricketer that has represented NSW, WA and Australia
Might be of more use than our relatively useless BOD then?
Hang in there fellow long term sufferers.

I've just bought in (with small amount). At this price and market cap and a bit of patience...purely speculative-time will tell, as always.
I've had enough. i've sold and moved on. Should have done this ages ago (obvs). A shocking performance.
If it had said 'Supported by institutionalised shareholders and sophistry' I may have believed it.
43% spread !! Criminal.
I think it was spot on. I know I am a sophisticated investor even if Beaub isn't. I mean to say not many would invest in 1000s of shares in amongst the AIM penny dreadfuls
'The company noted that the funding was supported by institutional shareholders and sophisticated investors.'
Haha ha ha ha haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

The consolidation price was at 1.8p, the sp now is 0.9p, so a 50% drop. The mCap is now £2.5million. How much do you think they will raise from the CR?
Uranium.
They are still awaiting permit approvals from San Miguel County, so drilling won't be anytime soon. Remember last year or the year before the drilling didnt start until around October.
Copper
Notice how they added Rees to their Alford interest, still could have potential, but that's a a big but. Envirocopper is the only glimmer of light as BHP have an interest via their acquisition of OZ Minerals.
Ragged Range
A disposal or JV, who knows?
Molyhil
A JV with Investigator Resources on to Stage 2
Pilot Mountain
Now on POWs books, strike price was 2.5p for shares in POW. Shares sold for peanuts.
Hopefully the board of Thor can turn it round, but cantcsee 0.6m of U3O8 at around 6000ppm being the game changer. I might be wrong, but there you go .

That is true. Why this company is still on stock market?
If looking only on chart that look like bankruptcy in my opinion. That will be probably penny stock if share now is worth less than 1 pound.
https://www.sharesmagazine.co.uk/shares/share/THR/trades
That
Same here been in 20 yrs paid 10p at one time promise of £1.00 share bought in in the way down with 100,000 ‘s of share, after many consolidations I have 18,495 worth £148ish says I’ve lost 93% but I don’t know how the work it out I gave up. Just know we’ve kept a good few people in a fantastic salary for a very long time!! Thanks a lot ( bunch of crooks in my opinion) but who are the mugs🙈
Cash for company, cheap shares for bigger investors with privilege, dilute and lost money for small investors. Nobody don't buying this shares on stock market and downward trend since years. Very disappointed
Had over a million shares before the consolidation. The drop in sp since consolidation together with the continual rounds of CR was the last straw. Will look for an opportunity once the dust settles. You would have thought they would have done the CR a couple of months ago.
Which of the four sells so far today is your sell the lot Im out trade?

I think you’ll find there is no low for this share it continuously goes down.
'And 1.15.....looks to be the downtrend low..imo'
That aged well :)
And 1.15.....looks to be the downtrend low..imo
lets see
Thanks for the link. They'll need to do a CR to fund the work, but looks like a busy exciting period for Thor.

Thor drilling goes from strength to strength, I cannot wait see the capital raising alternatives at some point this year.
This would be how THOR view it.
8.8.1 Does the entity expect that it will continue to have the current level of net operating cash flows for the time being and, if not, why not?
Answer: The Company has minimised costs wherever possible and paused all non-discretionary expenditure. Accordingly, the Company expects to have lower cash outflows in the next quarter.
8.8.2 Has the entity taken any steps, or does it propose to take any steps, to raise further cash to fund its operations and, if so, what are those steps and how likely does it believe that they will be successful?
Answer: The Company regularly monitors cashflow needs against available cash and seeks to raise capital through equity placements as and when needed. The Company has a history of successful capital raising.
8.8.3 Does the entity expect to be able to continue its operations and to meet its business objectives and, if so, on what basis?
Answer: Yes, on the basis of available cash of $0.5m, reduced spending commitments in the coming quarter, together with capital raising alternatives.
‘ CORPORATE, FINANCE, AND CASH MOVEMENTS
For the Quarter, the Company had total net cash outflows of $479,000, comprising:
§ Net cash outflows from Operating and Investing activities for the quarter of $479,000 which included outflows of $193,000 directly related to exploration activities.
§ Cash outflows from financing activities for the quarter were $12,000, related to lease payments. This was offset by the effect of currency exchange rate movements on cash held in British pounds.
§ Providing an ending cash balance of $499,000.
Cashflows for the Quarter include payments of $88,000 to Directors, comprising the Managing Director's salary, and Non-Executive Directors' fees. ‘
Our ending cash balance ain’t all that great, so what measures are going to be taken to boost the cash balance into next year ?

I was a day early. Well at least it raised the price a bit ha ha !
Stop drilling and save money if that share price performance is the best I'm going to get from my investment over the last 3 years. This was one share I kept when I dumped all my AIM stocks several years ago (I have no regrets on doing that)
This share is a total joke, worse days work investing in this crock of sewer,
Schhhhhhhhh. Anyone have a feel for when an update on anything is due? I don't believe from a quick read through there are any "firm" dates but surely something due soonish eh huh ? SP continues to drift on very light volume. GLA LTSH (long term suffering holders) !

Nicole Galloway Warland, Managing Director of Thor Energy, commented:
"The Directors are delighted that this Stage 1 Commitment milestone has been met and are excited to move to the next phase of the HoA, working with IVR to complete all JV documentation.
"The Molyhil/Bonya Earn-in and the JV allow Thor to retain an equity interest in the prospective Molyhil tenements with reduced operational risk. Thor benefits from exploration upside on the Tenements and receives considerations in the form of cash and IVR shares.
"The Molyhil divestment and Bonya sale support the Company's focus on its priority US uranium assets, where we see the most significant and nearest-term value potential for Thor's shareholders."

I'll never again buy an aim share. Greedy companies take the money and every now and then throw out a bone basically to put investors off the scent that their company is in fact down the toilet.
Wow that was a good decision wasn't if? I'm actually in profit in my ISA, admittedly it is only one Share but nice to see still
I sold my Shares this morning and bought them back into my ISA. At least I'm able to claim quite a large loss on my Tax Return, but are these Shares ever going to recover my losses? I hoping so but I'm not too confident

Give me some of this,
'This has provided the Company with a refined targeted strategy, focusing future drilling '
' negative drill results that led to major explorers leaving the area.'
and then we get this little beauty, pure drilling porn
'Next Steps:
1. Drill preparations and drilling'
So the jury is still out whether we have a feasible mine or just engaged in titillating Geology?
' With the newly gained understanding of the geological and structural setting, targeting criteria for primary copper and oxide mineralisation were developed providing excellent opportunities for the discovery of new copper and REE mineralisation, which may have been missed by previous explorers.'

If 14% down (so far) today, 24% down on the month, 57% down on the year, 86% down over 5 years and 99.95% down since it's inception in 2019 is your idea of 'doing OK' then I'll have what your're huffing.
Bsg - just about every AIM share is a 'dog' as you say beacause few are making any dealing profit. For a highly speculative 'penny dreadful' I reckon its doing OK if if you don't
Did we ever get to the bottom of those results in Pilbara that were a bit iffy, did someone suggest salting?
In that someone has bought this dog?
...trades today...

'Comprehensive Income
The comprehensive income statement records a comprehensive loss of £2,043,000 (2022: £126,000 loss) after taking into account unrealised exchange gain of £250,000 (2022: £118,000 loss). The loss for the period ended 31 December 2023 also included a £1,907,000 non-cash write down of the carrying value of the Group's Ragged Range Project located in the Pilbara Region of Australia. The write down reflects the Group's decision to focus its available resources on its US Uranium and Alford East projects (refer to Note 3 of the financial statements).'
Does Orion still post on here, I remember him saying he helped Mick Billing stake some land in the Pilbara.
