I think y'all grabbing at straws if you think MTR don't know what they're doing. This is a dog. IMO. HNY.
I will answer your question his name was orion he had a running battle with a poster named timeless, he said GGP would never be worth anything he got that wrong and so did MTR IF we knew what was going to happen with any share price we would be very rich
Loads of interest in uranium and gold. We have gr8 pospective projects in both. Under radar I think. Naysayers on this board dont help us but mainly people with vendetta against the ceo lost their patience. It's taken a long time I can see but actually company looks in very strong position to me, potential wise. Main focus has to be gold and uranium development and seems to be happening.
Let me try to put it into simple words which you can understand
Answer the question what has mtr done for share holders value in the last 5 years -O
Don’tpanick - yeah, MTR are useless but JR has to pick something to scare people off. They are so short term it’s unbelievable. I was in GGP and remember other headless chicken saying the same as JR in GGP at the time. Some people are so sad they hate it when others make money. Thr is an exploration company so neither mtr nor anyone else know what’s down there, and if it comes good, then mtr would have made another blunder.
Onwards and upwards I say, this is rock bottom prices for me
Surely metal tiger selling shares due to being given information from their guy in the Thor bod is insider information. This should be flagged up as this is illegal dealings
I shouldn't place too much faith in mtr's investment knowledge, they held a significant amount of ggp which they sold at 1.78p (or thereabouts), while it was rising, missing out on quite literally millions. They had an 'insider' there as well, and no warrants for future options like they have here. So, while the mtr investment side is hopeless, at least they're learning.
What has mtr done for share holder value -O.
JR and his usual fluff......
Are you sitting in for BSG4 ?
or is he on holidays ?
Afternoon All, HNY to everyone.
Just to open up the floor on investors views with MP on Thor and if we feel he is a valuable member to the team.
Not only does he hold the role of non-exec director with THOR but also carries out duties as Chief investment officer at METAL TIGER / Chairman of ARTEMIS RESOURCES on asx and non-exec Director with TRIDENT RESOURCES.
Hes obviously a guy in the know and part of the link with Artemis and Thor recent dealings.
And obv looking after MTR investment into Thor which they have recently reduced as per TR1.
Not sure how much I trust the links and if all positive as this guy is at the heart and links of recent dealings
Thanks.
Mick Billing finally getting it right having moved in to the hot commodities like Gold, Copper, Nickel, Uranium and Vavadium. Even Molybdenum and Tungsten prices are now moving higher.
I agree on one point, Thor in earlier years went into Molybdenum and Tungsten at the wrong time as those commodity prices stayed suppressed for much longer than Mick Billing had hoped for. But that is also about to change. The whole commodities Cycle is moving UP as Governments globally ramp up their battered economies. China, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia will the biggest drivers in coming years starting with 2021.
At such low Mcap, THR is very well positioned to gain Maximum upside from all commodities they own. Looking to add 1st thing tomorrow.
Please DYOR. GLA
jr8409, There haven`t been many companies I`ve invested in where I`ve been able to treble my investment in just a few months. I`ve recently gone back in at just under the current price and consider the Market value of £12mil is at a considerable discount to potential value and I`m not aware of any requirement for a placing in the next 6-9mths. They have a strong portfolio of gold,copper and uranium prospects all in safe jurisdictions. With regard to MTR I sold out when I realised they had disposed of both their shares and warrants in GGP at a fraction of today`s price, so the fact they have sold some of their THOR shares could turn out be another mis-timing.

"We are very pleased with the high grade assays from the initial sampling program conducted in Colorado."
"Our next step with this project is likely to be a drilling program on a number of the Colorado targets, scheduled following the North American winter."
COPPER - just think of the 230,000 Tonnes of Copper so far from Kapunda & Moonta deposit with lot more resource Upside to come through in 2021.
Add the 'New acquisition' of Copper deposits from Alford East -
"Thor to acquire up to 80% interest directly in the Alford East Project, covering portions of EL6255 and EL6259)."
The Alford East Project comprises numerous oxide copper-gold prospects including Alford East, Netherleigh Park and Netherleigh North, each with extensive previous drilling. Copper-oxide intercepts include:
* 122m @ 0.63% Cu from 95m (ALDDH09) including 14m @ 2.26% Cu from 111m
* 76m @ 0.95% Cu from 138m (ALDDH01) including 14m @ 2.18% Cu from 146m
* 14m @ 1.5% Cu from 162m, and 34m @ 0.5% Cu from 190m (MPBD3).
* The Alford East Project covers the northern extension of Alford Copper Belt, where to the south west EnviroCopper Ltd has reported an Inferred Mineral Resource of 66.1Mt @ 0.17% Cu for three deposits Wombat, Bruce and Larwood (THR:ASX Announcement 15 August 2019);
* The Alford Copper Belt is a coherent zone of potentially In Situ Recovery (ISR) amenable copper-gold oxide mineralization, within a structurally controlled north-south trending trough of deeply kaolinized and oxidized metamorphic units on the edge of the Tickera Granite;
* Multiple substantial 'walk up' drill ready targets.
GOLD & NICKEL - Ragged Range (Drilling in Q1)
URANIUM & VANADIUM - Drilling in Q1
MOLYBDENUM & TUNGSTEN - Price moving higher - Thor seeking JV partners for MOLYHILL and Pilot Mountain
Current price look like a steal.
Very busy 2021 ahead at THOR.

Copper, which stands to benefit from the clean-energy transformation given how much of the conduit is used in renewable sources, posted a ninth straight monthly gain on the London Metal Exchange, the longest run since 1994. Nickel recently touched the highest in more than a year. Chile, the biggest copper-producing nation, said earlier this month it would merge its mining and energy ministries, highlighting the extent to which the two sectors are becoming intertwined.
“Decarbonizaton is bullish metals,” Francisco Blanch, head of global commodities & derivatives research at Bank of America Securities, said Thursday in an interview on Bloomberg Television. “Copper goes through the eye of the decarbonization process.”
Ivanhoe Capital said in the filing that, based on McKinsey & Co. estimates, global electricity consumption will double by 2050, led by the electrification of transport and buildings. Also, according to Morgan Stanley, electrification, together with other decarbonization technologies, will require $50 trillion of investment over the next 30 years.
I think we are all agreed Mick is not CEO of the year, but that's not really the point this time round is it? They have acquired some highly prospective properties (Ragged Range, US uranium, Alford East) in the last 12 months that have real prospects for advancement and some good drill results in 1H 2021. If Thor were such a basket case why is MP still on the board of Thor? I'm sure he has many better opportunities to pursue so he must see something interesting here...
What has mtr done in last 5 year we spike up to 5p in 2016 then back down 2.5 p were it flat lined till consolidation , consolidation values are still below 2.5p, And there in the business of buy shares low and sell them high don't seem to be getting much share value for there share holders .
Know where i would rather be Mike's the man he will make us rich he's doubled my money already.
He reminds me of another poster jr934 who said I would the same fate when they were 0.34p. He disappeared including his posts in July. Has he come back?
Wow, what a nice human being you seem to be... well done you for your superior moral values.
*Multi bagged here
JR - ok, good luck with your mission. You are the saviour of mankind, lol. I’ll make sure I give you a shout when I’ve multibaged bere
Ok, so is it unreasonable for you to let the existing investors be and stop being a thorn here? Surely you have better things to do? Baffles me why anyone would be so miserable and post on a bb/stock they don’t hold. I’d suggest you spend your time more wisely mate, time is precious.
JR - no one is forcing you to invest in any company. I’ve done my risk/reward assessment and I am comfortable with my decision, and I definitely see this in the region of £50/60m in 2021. You don’t like the company, or may have lost money here...I am sorry for you, it happens to he best of us. But let the others with a different view of the company be, and spend your time researching better the companies you’re interested in?
Happy New Year, I know it’ll be a good one for shareholders here so onwards and upwards.
*first stop is...
Also, at £12m market cap, this won’t need much to get it to £50/60m (5/6 bagger) in no time at all. Come on THR, let’s get it moving :)
