After a rigorous evaluation of the Ed Tech market, with a particular focus on product innovation, powerful company missions, growth and expansion, and ongoing achievements, EducationInvestor Global has recognized FundamentalVR as one of the leading organizations advancing training and education through disruptive technologies.
Our patented HapticVR™ technology, a stand-out part of our immersive VR solution, caught the eye of this expert panel, as well as our recently launched software development kit (SDK), Fundamental Core, which is helping to simplify the development and distribution of medical simulations:
“By utilising intuitive building blocks and online tools, we have made it easier than ever to build complex haptic interactions and create truly immersive VR experiences. We are confident that this initiative will be a driving force behind the growth of the market for medical VR training and support content creation across a variety of organisations.”
Richard Vincent, Co-Founder and CEO of FundamentalVR
Obviously the bidding war between AWS, Thoma Bravo, Microsoft, etc.. didn’t happen as the ADVFN crew predicted…
Minimum £1bn they said..
Are you deliberately trying to deceive investors or just acting like a proud parent Sweepy??
But given away for peanuts if they float it like Darktrace they will make a fortune but us PIs will all miss out as per usual
I think in order to get DA to the next level getting Ten Eleven on board seems like a no brainer, they have far more expertise in cyber security area than Tern, they must see something in DA that they like.
If anything you’ve been saying over the past 5 years mattered then today would’ve been a good day. A very good day.
But it didn’t and it wasn’t.
Good news on the investor CRAP news on the valuation, think the name probably made Tern swallow the valuation poison pill
I thought today rns was good news. Yes tern stake was reduced. But then the needed further funding eas from an investor, importantly not tern, that took darktrace to ipo valued at $3billions.
Yep hugely disappointing and to think we pay Sisto £5k a week to give us this, it just shows that despite everything they sign it appears that nothing is ever charged for. To think how long has DA been in its highly valued properties in USA and UK.
The one good thing is the name of the new investor but Teern need to strip out all costs now, gett rid of all unwanted and useless employees and just have all new directors on exit bonus contracts, I want out and Tern should listen to any offers for its stakes before Sisto destroys everything
Absolute disaster this so far it's just been diluted and diluted hence the shocking share price
I do not see any exits in 2024 and if and when they arrive will be worth a lot less with the dilution sell off which keeps paying the overly inflated wages of the BOD
DA just valued at $25 million by new external funding round.
A drop of around 45% to Tern’s June 2023 carrying valuation.
Significant reduction in Tern’s stake down from 53.8% to 29.5%.
Tern’s portfolio is getting crushed by decline in valuations of tech stocks which are loss making.
And for that reason I'm expecting 2024 to be the year of the EXITS, with Sisto getting a share of the 10% of net proceeds plus the share price gain, it will set his family up for several generations you would have thought
The board get 10% of any sale
That other bulletin board is mentai .Does anyone here believe there may be a sell off of any the companies in the near future or what timescale would be realistic? I cannot see Mr Sisto giving up his gold star pension , who would if you were in his shoes ?

Accenture employs almost 750,000 people in 120 countries, offering IT and business strategy consulting and outsourcing such as customer service centres. Its shares are up almost 30 per cent this year, but have not recaptured their high of 2021, when companies were racing to upgrade their technology during the coronavirus pandemic.
What's happened to the executive order .on cyber security?
