Talvivaara Mining Company Plc 21 May 2014 Talvivaara's Corporate Reorganisation The District Court has granted an extension to the deadlines for submitting proposals for the reorganisation programmes The District Court of Espoo has granted an extension to the deadlines for submitting the proposals for the respective reorganisation programmes of Talvivaara Mining Company Plc ("Talvivaara" or the "Company") and its operating subsidiary, Talvivaara Sotkamo Ltd, until 30 September 2014 as applied by the court appointed corporate reorganisation Administrator. According to the prior District Court ruling, the proposals for the reorganisation programmes were to be submitted by 28 May 2014. The Administrator and Talvivaara are engaged in discussions with potential financing and industrial partners for a long-term financing solution for the Talvivaara Group. Certain industrial and financial arrangements for the continuation of operations of the Company and Talvivaara Sotkamo Ltd have already been reached so that the restructuring programmes can be set up. The extension was applied for as submission of the restructuring programme proposals is not considered feasible until sufficient long-term financing has been secured. How do we vote ?
You have rights as shareholders and the de-listing from the London exchange requires a 75 percent majority at the AGM. Please consider using your vote so that continued holding of these shares is facilitated.
In fairness Schlepper we witnessed this 4 weeks ago without any news. Anything is possible with TALV.
These aren;t on the aim market. They de-list in July. Still plenty of time for new to come out and this to rise. At least by a few pence...
Will barkclay still trade them any one
Doubt it unless some good news....but hey ,I will take it......GLA.
In my eyes this share is under valued mainly due to its financial problems its had, that aside this business has huge scope for big profits in the future, the price is looking a bargain at the moment with positive news on the way.
Gambling - I'm not sure but you may not be able to put non-UK listed shares into an ISA. They've only recently allowed AIM shares into ISA's. Not definite on this but worth checking.
Close to 16m vol traded today on Nasdeq OMX http://www.nasdaqomxnordic.com/aktier/microsite?Instrument=HEX66042&name=Talvivaaran%20Kaivososakeyhtiö
To be honest, I was expecting an RNS last Friday confirming that they had complied. Not sure when or if an RNS confirming the position will be posted but was certainly expecting one.
Hi What happened about the pond news? Or was it that theyre crossing the pond to Helsinki :(
14.5% up At this rate we'd be above the high last month by Friday It might be a dream but hey
Anyone know of a company apart from Hargreaves London, that will let me transfer the TALV Helsinki shares into another UK Stocks and Shares ISA. Hargreaves would let me put the new TALV into their ISA but their trading fees and yearly charge is what put me off working with them
I'm pretty confident that will be the case. A nice but steady build up in the SP leading to Q1 results would be great. Let's hope we finish the day up +5% at least.
Looking like strong results may be coming on the 28th May, still trouble with funding but production results look positive GLA
10 % This could very well do the same trend and go through a period of big Daily rises again , I'm praying it does
I believe the 28th May from memory.
8.5% up and the sun shine, when is 1\4 ones figures due
Nice to see the rise particularly when one observes the buy to sell ratio today. Lots of UK PI's spooked by the possible de-listing from LSE but to be honest can't understand why you would want to sell when we are waiting on possibly three key updates this month: 1) pond water level to be below the .5 million cubic cm by 14/05/14 2) Qtr 1 production output results 3) Possible news of restructure / funding Perhaps today's rise is the start of another epic TALV rally that we've seen of late,
Anyone else had notice about the AGM on the 12th June ?
Weird 5% up and no comments , but when it's 5 % it's sell sell sell
