Low sentiment indeed.
What killed the SP here and shafted majority of PIs is the recent placing at a massive discount to a SP that was already at an all-time low! That surprised me given the anticipation of news.
Working through those 9 billion placing shares can take a while and any recovery in MCap to a level that most PIs can sell out at seems highly improbable. Disappointing.
Az changing name to that
Banjo man is posting on X .
Not a very happy bunny.
Along with the rest of us.
I've not posted in year or so i don't think, but what a complete and utter shambles this share price has become, are the likes of Guitar Man still around? be interesting to know who is still in this share from the days of the "ready to fly" speech from you know who.....I got no words to describe him tbh, pulling investors in the way he did, I for one was gullible and bought in, glad sold out few years back but jesus, couldn't believe my eyes when see the share price lately, I mean this is down almost 98% in the five years since the hype and originally invested.
Shocking how CEO's like this can sleep at night.

The thing az got right was company name,we all did supply him with capital, when he was supposed to be sorting capital for others

Along with the sp sentiment seems at an all time low.
I cant see there being big smiles and back slapping at this years AGM.
To think we were hoodwinked years ago we were ready to go!
And still it carries on.
WL IM by xxxx date.
Date passes, company stays quiet.
Sp drops, same old same.
Brass - but you made the decision instead to invest hours and hours of your time posting on a discussion board dedicated to investors? Too much information now but thanks again!!
Many are on here, out of a perverse curiosity to see how this fraud plays out. Some have lost money, some have learnt valuable lessons, some just follow life style businesses and over promotes. .there is a poor sap on X with a Guitar moniker who had fallen for the story and lost a fortune - he even copied my post about Albert and published on it on X. Albert has a lot to answer for.
Now is DW back from his round the world yacht trip funded by the grateful believers.
So why are you on this board Brass Monkey ? Mind you Iβm down to my last monkey for buying into this sh*t show and listening to a liar.
Steve W. β¦..you are 100% correct β¦.I was not clever enough to trade Symeβ¦. I was however 100% clever enough to not buy it at all!
Brass - so having known all along what the future held for this share, you never had the foresight to trade it and make some serious profit?
Thank you - thatβs all I need to know.
No I am not a trader of any kind. I buy some ITs and equities and hold normally for lengthy periods. I have had my fair share of success and failures and in balance have done well mainly due to Covid crash if Iβm honest and some luck in the last 5 years or so. The biggest of which I have stated on this board a Β£90k + loss on BOO when trying to catch a falling knife! So Iβm no genius either. But Syme is a whole different story of deceit and smoke and mirrors!
RNS 29 Feb
"SYME currently expect the contracts to be completed by the end of March 2024 and will update the market accordingly"
RNS 5 Apr
"SYME had expected the contracts to be completed by the end of March 2024"
...and that followed by a smattering of the usual unintelligible gobbledegook and Guff.
Clearly there is a delay and we can only guess what it might be.
Read the January RNS. BPM are only supplying the β¬8.5M secured loan. Their client is the WL rather than BPM itself is my reading of the January RNS.
BBPM is Italy's third largest financial services group in terms of assets; of which over β¬100bn is accounted for through loans and advances to their customers[1]. BBPM has a deeply rooted presence in the northern regions of Italy, including those with the highest industrial concentration in Europe.
The achievement of the commitment for the WL Transaction is a key milestone for SYME which involved the collaboration across a highly qualified working group consisting of the dedicated functions of BBPM, the WL Client Company, external legal specialists and an accounting team made up of two different Big Four accounting firms in Italy, of which one is the auditor of the WL Client Company.
Specifically, to deploy the first White-Label IM, BBPM, the WL Client Company, the Group and a dedicated Stock Company (which is owned by the CH Trading Hub[2]) have signed a binding term sheet ("Commitment") (subject to the finalisation of the relevant definitive commercial agreements between the relevant parties) which envisages the delivery of an IM transaction with the following key features:
- the WL Client Company is within the Agrifood supply chain, being a leading producer of the famous Italian cheeses;
- the dedicated Stock Company will fund the WL Transaction through a combination of the secured β¬8.5million bank debt from BBPM and β¬1.5million of equity investment from the CH Trading Hub;
- specific remarketers have been identified who will be directly engaged by the Stock Company to optionally sell the inventory (up to β¬10million) in specific circumstances. In turn, the remarketers could potentially be a beneficiary of separate dedicated White-Label IM transactions in the future; and
- the WL Client Company has signed a commitment (up to β¬10million) to become a remarketer of a potential client in SYME's pipeline which operates in the same supply chain.
Following the signing of the Commitment, the working group is now focussed on the delivery of the WL Transaction through the execution of the definitive contractual agreements between the relevant parties.
So have you been trading the share then Brass?
...my gut feeling is that syme have gone off half ****ed here , they were so keen to tell us that they had finally got a big institution to express an interest they have released the rns and now they are desperately trying to dot all the i's and cross all the t's and finding that the platform is not quite as oven ready as the juice man from the bank would like...
that's my guess anyway π€·
All I know about TW is what I read on this board and couldn't really give a tinkers cus who he is or what he thinks.
There is so much noise and hubub around rampers and derampers and people with agendas etc and i think a lot of people seem to get polarised and drawn into one camp or the other and it easy to forget that most of us are just average punters looking to get lucky...
and for that we need AZ & SYME to deliver the goods , monetised, chipped , tracked , verified and with revenue incoming...
Over to you AZ π΅οΈ
Steve ward - that's so original a retort bourne out of sheer desperation. I get it for LTHs - I genuinely do... but for gods sake just call it what it is! I suggested last week go back and read through the 950+ pages of posts on this BB since listing - it tells its own story - don't blame TW, don't blame sceptics who've also posted on here for that length of time, don't even blame yourselves (although I have to say my sympathy wanes with each share dilution and undelivered promise) .... try blaming the board of directors and CEO
Well Brass - youβd know best about TW as youβve been working for him for at least 4 years. If there was anything clearer than that people would have walked straight into it!!
Letβs just see how AZ gets on with Stock Loan Solutions first and maybe thatβll tell a story.
Why did the TFC guys bail ?
Where are TAGβs 2022 accounts never even mind the 23 accounts ? All very very suspicious and telling that he is deliberately with polling them.
DW far too quiet building up to the end of June deadline.
You make out like Syme is the only company TW has called out and that this will result in some form of litigation / prosecution. I would suggest there are literally dozens and dozens of companies he has called out on a range of different actions and behaviours and hasn't had a single one where hers ended on the wrong side of the law. I think you all wish you'd listened to him one way or another because if you had you'd all have healthier bank accounts .... just a thought !!
