Not necessarily that great - Arqit is one of the retained assets not part of the seed portfolio. The Arqit holding is still in the VC part of Seraphim and will be revalued and sold from the VC fund to the IT post-listing but before 31/12/21, so it won't be at a bargain price. See pages 44 - 46 of the prospectus.
"In the event that there is a successful corporate action by 20 December 2021 the Company will
acquire the relevant interests at a price per share: (i) where the corporate action involves a listing
following an acquisition, equal to the volume weighted average price per share for the interests
owned by the Seraphim Space Fund for the five days trading from and including the date of the
relevant listing; and (ii) where the corporate action involves a meaningful fundraise, at the price per
share implied by the price at which that fundraise was undertaken."
So we (the Trust) will pay the VC the average share price over the 1st 5 days of trading. The VC gets all the benefits of any listing boost, not the IT.
Unusual, most ITs seem to keep about 15% to help with liquidity and for tap issues.
No shares left in treasury. Might see a little more upwards movement now as there are more buyers than sellers.

Good to see a connected person investing here, effectively a Director Buy.
Seems odd that they did not take part in the launch itself, unless Directors and their close relatives were excluded.
Very low volume here today
All good though
Good weekend all
Plenty of buy trades today. Quite happy for this craft to move slowly, giving time for more passengers to climb aboard!
Hi Crocqman,
Thanks for the feedback.
Have spoken with my Broker and they have received the spreadsheet from PrimaryBid and will be processed today.
Seems very slow from PrimaryBid, but was reassured that no gains made (which is about 7-8% at the moment) will be reflected when the transfer happens and same if any losses - are reflected up on transfer.
I always see HL as their fees are much higher than others, but may have to sign up with them as well as their IPO facilities seem to be on point from your comment and other recommendations I have been receiving too.
Thanks again.
p.s. SSIT will be a long term hold for me too as certainly seems the way forward and am sure we are all going to thank ourselves on another planet hahah!
GLA and ATB ;)
I can't see anything relating to the leo labs deal, but am i right in seeing there is a dividend of 1p per share to be paid to share holders?
Thanks for your help
https://investors.seraphim.vc/ should be the best place if you haven't found it already.
Does anyone know what we expect to get from the investment in leo labs. Is there anywhere we can look for info on the details of the investsments?
I'm new to ssit and any info would be appreciated.

Etotheipi,
The prospectus states that the unaudited NAV will be calculated on a quarterly basis, and released by RNS
IP3LY,
I invested via Hargreaves, and shares were showing the next day.
I actually opened the account especially to invest via Primary bid as my provider is not on their list, but then saw HL were also offering bonus shares for any applicants (5 shares for every 1k), so just used them directly instead.
The bonus shares were also showing the next day, albeit with an end of day delay due to allocations.
HL are offering a similar bonus with the HydrogenOne launch too, so may also give that a go.
Hear mixed stories about PrimaryBid and allocations/receipt of shares, so good luck, hope all sorted.
This will be a long 10-year hold for me, all being well

Oh Laallee... don't worry yaar, all good here...come back in a year! We'll be in space by then... might even get free trips!!,...with ol' Branson!
Lets hope this one is a little different. Good luck mate
UnicornHunter.
I've been unlucky....
I concur Crypt - today’s been alright considering. Slow rise is better than huge quick gains with this type of stock in my opinion esp. If long term holder.
Query for all: - I invested in the IPO via PrimaryBid to - but I have yet to receive any shares at all- so any gains is unrealised atm.
Anyone else not been allocated their IPO shares or know how long it takes from PrimaryBid to get into Sharedealing account platform?
Thanks in advance.
I was going to have a little dabble in here myself, I'm hoping you weren't the bad luck charm at bpc;-)
Crypt,
Given that IPO's often fall on launch, (no pun intended) the performance so far is excellent. Of course it may just be people getting a bit carried away as it's a completely new type of trust and it may fall back, we shall have to wait and see.
I invested in the IPO through HL and was allocated the full amount plus bonus shares yesterday and I invested with a very long term view.
Good luck to everyone.
The SP has been held back due to some big buyers wanting to turn a fast buck on their IPO holdings on the first day of trading by selling straight away.
Considering how the rest of the market has performed today, I’m quite pleased.
I just put a lump in which usually means the sp drops....
Don't worry, it tends to recover after a month or two.
(Astro)nauts*
I suppose I should have given it more time as the company has just been launched. I should have some space for it in my PF as there is a vacuum present for this type of investing. I might invest with a decent sum. Not sure how much yet but definitely something with a few (astro)nuts in the figure. The main fear as always is if the SP crashes it will be a hard landing.
To miss out on this as I was sure it was going to rocket. Judging by today's action it seems like a waste of space. Maybe it was only a moonshot. I am glad my money isnt tied up in here as I am not sure investors know the gravity of the situation.
Hi all,
Very excited about this share and the long term. If it’s good enough for Richard Branson it’s good for me. I took up the offering last week.
Good luck all
