Website contains this rather vague letter to shareholders which gives no firm date on relisting:
http://www.siriuspetroleum.com/media-news/letter-to-shareholders-covid-19-update. It claims "We have continued to progress with selected commercial agreements, despite the prevailing market conditions. We will update shareholders further as soon as we are able to do so".
Am I waiting in vain?

Note the political risks associated with business activities in Nigeria. There you have it.

Your ISA providers should not remove your SRSP shares from your ISA Accounts before 30 days following delisting because the company intends to re-list on the stock exchange shortly. When they do, if the SP goes up, and if that means that you have made capital gains, then you will be subject to tax on the gains, because you will have lost the ISA tax protection.
If your ISA provider has already removed your shares from your ISA, then you need to tell them to reinstate them there, because they have no right to remove them in the first place. They should contact HMRC for instructions.
