"Naïve post and impatient " pmsl at that, been here almost 7 years. I've no problem with twitter posts, just give us a bit more of the near term and not the far and distant future.
As for you smart@rse, you seem to be implying more needs doing in terms of info, take your 19th of December reply at 18:26 to Terrafin, finishing with
" slinking out of 2023 and slithering into 2024 is likely what he wants to do - we must not allow this to happen "
Oh and its a bulletin board, ill post what i feel fit and if you don't agree with it, well in all honesty i couldn't really give a flying fcuk
Another naive post from another impatient punter inhabiting this board and the commodity space. Would it have been better if the company had not tweeted this post? Coz then you would have had nothing to complain about.
What I do believe PC needs do here is clearly inform shareholders and interested parties Why the progress anticipated to happen in last 6-9 months of last year appears to have stalled. What is latest on pozzolan (the company's prize trophies); has the bulk sample been processed or still sitting (I assume not processed since no update on results - bad form if processed and bad results and market not informed); any progress on developing or selling any of the many other projects; ....
Come on PC - time to front up to all your shareholders; not just the ones supporting you .....
Well oh thank the lord for the wonder of twitter,
Something else they've found and no doubt in 5 years time well all be asking
" what the hell is happening with the gallium. "
Pity we cant be brought up to date with what's arising elsewhere, if anything at all actually is ffs. ??

Annual report
Year end accounts a d a null report
Will the company last for another AGM?
Can a vote of no confidence in cheatham be tabled at the next agm ?
Obviously we were all hoping that Tolsa would simply exercise the option which, it is worth remembering, is Tolsa’s choice alone. PC has no control over this.
The RNS confirms Tolsa wished to go in a different direction and PC was faced with a choice; either refuse Tolsa’s request for a further extension, and from the Novembers share capital sub-division it’s clear there was a real risk that Tolsa would withdraw, or agree to a further extension, for which, incidentally, there is no provision in the agreement, only one extension for a payment of $50,000 which they've already had.
I’m certain it wasn’t PC’s preferred outcome either but he’s shown pragmatism, agreeing to a further extension, whilst doubling the previous consideration to $100,000 and increased the Option Exercise price too. All in the face of Tolsa’s possible withdrawal and the option coming to nought!
When you analyse the circumstances there’s no cause for criticism, on the contrary……..
Yeah, the nearer it got the more I realised a 12 month extension would be bought, unfortunately I don’t have powers to go to the future, just a gut feeling
This deal ,reminds me of a George Burns quote when he was asked by a young lady reporter on his Birthday "how it felt to be 99" , he said "well my dear it certainly beats the alternative !"
Nearly all options have an extension availability subject to negotiations.
It was a reasonable deal, PC gets more money now with an increased option price.
SP will no doubt drift lower to >0.05 unless there is some surprising news.
No offence Icebank but pretty sure you were certain of the exact opposite in your last SRES post on the 22nd, did you have a big change of heart during xMas dinner, ha just teasing you unless I am misconstruing your last two posts :-))
I'm not surprised at all, Tolsa have no need to rush and continue to assess properly for a paltry to them payment of £100k... and perhaps even gain an opportunity to pick up cheaply if SRES get financially distressed for any reason.
Many a decent project will get picked up for cheap in this current environment by larger, better capitalised players as part of the challenges for PC to navigate through.
You had a gut feeling they would take an option that until today we didn’t know existed?
At least PC has next years all expenses paid Vegas trip covered now…
At the negotiating table. Being taken for a ride, just like everything else SRES !!!
It’s put my mind at ease, I had a gut feeling they’d take the 12 months option but can never be sure so I’m quite happy with that
Another let down in a long line of let downs.
PC seems incapable of getting a deal for anything signed!
Somewhat surprised at the negativity re RNS - PC cant MAKE Tolsa excercise the option, whilst its not the perfect result its not a poor one and increases confidence that a deal will be done in due course - £100k should last decent amount of time - I wouldnt be expecting much capital intensive activity until deal finalised
As I said cheatham knew this weeks ago when he was in Spain. The deferred shares issue was his safety net , how the hell are we going to get through 2024 with minimum 100k , more dilution at giveaway prices , not good enough !!!
Having read that, seriously cannot for the life of me understand why they had to wait until the day ( or day before ) to RNS it. They would have come to this decision weeks ago and another balloon deflates. Sure we have the money, but it drags on and on and on just like everything else here. Very disappointing.
Not what we wanted
Agree with you tree. Deal will be 28th and no rns on 28th obviously no deal. Cash should be higher of pc any good with extended plot. Even if Tosla deal I wouldn’t expect a huge spike. Cs will only excel us
They can take the option of a further 12 months for another 50k, I doubt they would, they are the world leaders in sepiolite and I would imagine they will want to dig the stuff up and flog it asap, we’ll know soon won’t we, merry Christmas everyone 🎅
PC knows damn well where we are with tolsa . Hence the deferred shares issue. Yet again he says nothing . You gotta ask why there's green no flurry of interest here if the deal was on the table
Or Richmodo
- Tolsa decide not to progress with the deal and they just let the date of the 28th December come and go.
This sounds the most likely scenario now and explains why we haven't had an RNS with any confirmations. ( PC will have to release this info on the 28th Dec).
Not a great start to the NY then ..........
