BOTS - death bell - bit of an extreme view fella and not one I share.
Things will happen here but the timeframes have shifted.
Sorry guys but i think the death bell has sounded here a while back. I didnt twig at the time - but if Cheetham is now pitching Tertiary Minerals, then for me this is showing he is in the process of moving on. Of course some are going to say he isnt busy here, and is free to develop other opportunities. But I see it as he has been unable to deliver on the promise offered here in early 2023 - and he knows the reasons for that far better than any of us. He is gently withdrawing imo.
Ah good point totty re the deferred shares.
Think he can issue under that , hence deferred shares issue he did . PC knows exactly what's happening and why we've nosedived , as usual he fails to communicate and hence where we are now , does he give a toss ? Short answere he couldnt care less what investors think even despite his personal holding ,!
Don't think a placing is allowed if SP is below 0.1p - so perhaps a share consolidation is coming ...... ?
I hope this isn't the case as this will f**k us all .....
PC has certainly flecked off enough investors over the years especially long term holders for that to happen
Tottyman,
As much as i agree with you with to how dire this is becoming and the sp is now completely wrecked, i cannot for the life of me see ( even though people will vote against it ) how not allowing future raises will help us in any way shape or form. It wont happen. As for him raising the share price before the AGM, someone is quite welcome to try and convince me how he's going to do that, when the RNS told me everything i needed to know.
Imo this will happen before agm . This pathetic bod will want to cover all their bases as they will fear shareholder revolt as to future fundraising ability . Hope the bod reconsider their shares issue in lidu of salary as they've achieved sweet fa this year
Lovejoy23 - you stick to jumping off a dolls house and ripping up tissues.
Do you honestly think he would bother who turned up to face him ? He is devoid of people skills - that is why it is once again groundhog day looming !!
Safetrader do you have the guts to stand up to pc direct at agm.
It should read safe vs cs project. I think all lth should go to agm. We need answers now and stop the cloak and dagger. If you all sis trust me look very hard at earnings taken.
needs a rocket up their ****s
Sloths have one speed !!
Well he needs to move this before agm that's for sure
We were not told who PC was speaking to (accepted possible NDA in place) or what was offered if anything. PC has a large holding and might be holding unrealistic expectations as to our value, however surely the shareholders should have been offered the opportunity to decide, and not just him and the BOD without even consulting us. What a shocking state of affairs. When will this man wake up and realise he is just not the person to be marketing or trying to sell our products. He is clearly clueless at it !!! AIMVHO
PC's house will no doubt be worth more - and after more than a decade of faffing about - here we are - NADA, ZILCH, SFA income !!
A bit of panic selling going on, more buys than sells and we’re sitting pretty,
Those who sold should realise it’s only a paper loss but if you’re out good luck with other shares you might buy
Investors make their own investment decisions based on information available. I understand the frustration, over the value that the market gives to our assets. Today’s fall, with a spread of 50% adds to the frustration and despair, with a minimum of shares being sold. I am prepared to wait, depressing as it is, and find out more at the AGM. PC is the biggest shareholder after all.
On my broker today. The problem is the same as I've complained about for years. PC knows his stuff re metals and minerals. That's his field but selling is not. The bargain basement at Sunrise holds many operations that remain blots on the books because Sunrise can't sell and does not have a specialist who can. Without looking at the website now I recall Gold in Australia with decent grades; Silver, or was that given away for a percentage or 2 of results?, Diatomite used for filtering drinks plus pet flea control I believe. Perlite. Look at the price for that in your local store etc etc. We've got loads to sell but nobody to do it. Oh yes, Pozzolan too with ash begging to be replaced by builders to fit the green agenda. Come on Patrick. There's multi millions of shareholders funds tied up in Macclesfield. Never mind new ops for now, sell what we have.
And the abuse I got for regularly calling him out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Been 95% sells of what pittance trades there has been lately, but obviously some one, or some people have clearly had enough, even at this horrific sell price. Shares will be virtually worthless soon, as just cannot see anything at all happening here now for the rest of the year and after reading that, i would be incredibly surprised if something did.
At least he hasn't used the word transformational this time, except dilution transformational.
'Dear Shareholders,
I am pleased to present your Annual Report for 2023 which covers the financial year ended 30 September 2023.'
Should that not read:
Dear Shareholders,
I am ashamed to admit that very little positive action has been achieved resulting in a request for the company to issue yet more shares as we continue in our downward spiral towards rock bottom.
Yet another history lesson to fill out a very disappointing RNS
Justone
- I really don't think you are grasping the situation at all - there is currently no demand or any urgency for the pozz and perl we have - you are living in fantasy land if you think current discussions involve both Hazen and CS - are they actually going on at all ?
I hope your patience doesn't run thin cos you could be saying the same in 2030 ......
perhaps if pc had as much input into the activities of sres rather than tym in the last year we would be a little further forward , waiting for companies to come to sres is the wrong strategy ! by there own admission they've achieved very little ( seems they've been sat on their ****s ) pc needs to step up to the task in hand or step down , why should investors put up with it any longer
PC’s statement is exactly as expected, with no new news. We just have to wait, safe in the knowledge that the market demand for our assets are improving and have a clear direction of travel. This gives me a great deal of comfort. I would think that the deals being discussed might involve both the CS and Hazen project, and include the perlite as it can be ground down. This will explain why there is no separate mention. I will ask at the AGM as I aim to attend. With a low cost base, it is better to wait for the right deal rather than one that gives suboptimal shareholder value. I can however see why some shareholders are frustrated, and have a lower level of patience, having had expectations enhanced two years ago. PC is honest about this, and rather than keep criticising PC I would sell up. PC is going to go as quickly as the market dictates, and I support that approach, there is no alternative.
