Didn’t put a price in - Deal not happening! How long have you been waiting for the deal and how long has the company been working hard on the deal. Wake up and smell the coffee. If you know different go ahead and buy some more golden tickets. I bet you don’t know more than the directors! Did you see what I did there ?
Lol, headworker. Bet you're a barrel of laughs down the pub. Let's revisit this conversation when Calvalley gets over the line. All the 'yeah but, no but' tosh will hopefully be kicked into the long grass (for a while at least). Like I said to your pal Keeley, have a cup off coffee.
What price did you put in the predictor again?
And how’s that going for the company! Oh we need so much gas for our country and need it fast what’s the quickest way of being gas independent? I know let’s hit one of the potentially biggest producers (got that wrong) with a dodgy tax bill. Think about it !
Desperate 'Give your head a wobble' statement there @keepingitfiction. I'm sure the Moroccans are very keen to show their country is open and safe to invest in. They will want the best deal in terms of taxes for their resources, for sure, a big factor in delays. It'll all become clear. While you wait try another angle of fictitious, scaremongering carp :-)
For what its worth the deal of the century (being going on that long !) won’t proceed. The Moroccans don’t want to see some shabby company based in the UK to get profits from their land. They are happy for sound to carry on progressing (albeit at a snail’s pace) and knowing they are short of cash and no big backers behind them. Do you honestly think they will allow small retail investors to benefit from their own natural resources? It’s been a farce from the start.
Ah, you've just reminded me.
SP prediction on Calvalley deal completion:
Smudger63 6.3p
Adam2911 4.5P
Rubber.soul 4p
Soundasapound 2.3P
Keeptofacts 2.0P+
Soobirs 2.0P
davefrench 2p (spike)
ps200306 1.8P (spike)
Tincan1995 1.6P (spike)
ericnat17 1.4 (intraday spike 1.8P)
Kylie75 1.2P
John121983 1.2P (spike)
StMary 1.2P (Spiking 1.4P, twice - close of play)
JFC431 1.1P (at the end of days trading)
Not as busy as you’ve been over the last couple of years.
They have stated no news will be made available in the Q&A
Could it be a massive announcement in the next 3 working days via RNS ?
I’m guessing not but could be wrong - great chance for some cheeky top ups of those golden tickets if you feel the need.
Best of luck KTF - you remind me of Crude ramping this up but without the ear of JP to tell him to get out when the SP was high.
Question I'm more curious about is why the Q&A is next Tuesday. Quite soon after the last one and would seem pointless if nothing has changed.
The previous one was 8 months after the one before that.
Kyle75.
I think you need something stronger if you still predict 6.3p SP if the deal goes through. Look at the trades- hardly institutional buying going on . 2 sides to every argument
If I had any hairs left Keeley, I'd give you one to split.
Stop moaning. Get a placard and stand outside a shop or a pub or something if you feel that strongly.
Look at the volume for god sake, how many trades? Hardly institutional investors running for the hills is it.
If you have now bought shares (which I doubt, that would be very hypocritical), sit quietly, have a coffee or whatever else stimulates you. You'll do yourself an injury.
That's your view, but I'm glad you retracted your acusation. i think you'd be mad to had been invested in this univestable company for years. you just don't like the objective challenge as you've got nothing to push back with, that's the truth. this is an investment baord last time i checked, not a rah rah backslapping facebook page. i'm sure one of those exists somewhere and might better suit your needs. i'm not going anywhere and like i said, i'm definitely not net down on this stock, lols.
In morrocco .very hot here.awaiting for the cavalley deal before presentation.should get real hot 🔥 here at mighty soundenergy.
It's clear as day what you're about, harbouring resentment from your losses. Desperate for Sound to fail so you can revel in some gratification. No one in their right mind who's made money would hang around for years on a bulletin board desperately trying to talk a company down.
That’s right turn off. That’s the case. I don’t own shares and I’m net very happy with how I did here years ago, I haven’t net lost money here at all and certainly haven’t owned shares for many many years. What’s your point?
😮🤣🤣
"you said i had/did and lost money, unsubstantiated complete fking bs."
This was your first ever post from your latest account.. "I have been in and out of this share since 2011, done well most of the time, but got caught on the sharp sell off from £1, as I guess many did, excl a few insiders, cough cough."
Hold that L.
Ktf - "You don't own shares, yet you claim to have paid for director options."
i don't own shares.
you said i had/did and lost money, unsubstantiated complete fking bs.
re director options - what are you taking about?? "yet you claim to have paid for director options." - i never stated anything of the sort?? think you're losing it. suggest you read my most carefully. it was pretty clear. fact you're all over the place just reinforces to me that you're in way over your head. only 47 more posts and you'll have hit 3700 toilet paper posts, well done.
I think she justs like winding you up !
Ignore her common sense arguments and keep buying those golden tickets.
You don't own shares, yet you claim to have paid for director options.
odd, but not as odd as someone who doesn't own shares wasting their life on here when they keep saying nothing posted here is worth reading.
hmm, very odd indeed.
Find the post where i stated i ever did that ktf!! what utter garbage. i don't own shares. you just post complete lies and bs as usual. i'll wait for the evidence to support your post, but certainly won't hold my breath.
smuggler, your claim of hypocracy makes zero sense!?! explain.
Simple answer - you don't hold shares in SOU.
Hypocrite. :-)
Can't you see the irony in this line?
"Reading this BB you can see why retail investors so often make terrible investment choices and lose out"
coming from the one who p i s s e d all (in your own admittance) their money up the wall buying at the wrong time!
A loser of that magnitude is not someone to take advise from 😊
Reading this BB you can see why retail investors so often make terrible investment choices and lose out for far more sophisticated and experienced investors. it's a prime example of moronic confirmation bias where one moron posts something completely unsubstantiated and counter to all very widely accepted norms, and then loads pile in and agree giving everyone a warm cosy feeling. directors with zero personal skin in the game (i don't mean freebie shares gifted to them by watering down existing SHs (do you guys even understand that??) isn't skin in the game, I mean hand in the pocket I paid for those shares) is a MASSIVE RED FLAG for an investment. ultimately it's a sign they don't have sufficient confidence in the current sp offering good value or risk/reward to invest their own money, simple. and any moron you says or thinks that directors have been in a closed period for the last 7rs is beyond stupid. just ask them on the call next week, when where the last 3 non-closed periods they were under - you'll either be shocked by their answer or you won't get an answer guaranteed.
Haven't the directors a load of options don't they based on some qualifying criteria? can't remember the details but they were awarded something when GL took over the helm...if anyone would like to fill in the blanks ?? thank you.
