Kylie75..for what it worth to you.
My old aunty works as a tea in the soundenergy office .whilst serving she overheard in the board room that cavalley was a done deal.she has put her piggy bank serving into soundenergy.and I belive her more than I believe you.
I don't think GL is a liar. He just put all his eggs in the Calvalley basket which became -- from SOU's point of view -- "too big to fail". It's understandable: SOU has struggled at every stage to find partners for development and exploration, so letting a big fish slip off the hook must be painful.
It's now *six years* (June 2018) since SOU applied for the Tendrara production concession and announced a BOOT arrangement with a consortium allegedly stepping up to fund development. First gas was supposed to be 2020. A year later things hadn't worked out and SOU was trying to sell the company. The potential buyer disappeared without a trace in 2020, whereupon SOU announced the microLNG project which was to be an "innovative, fast-track, cost efficient ... [and] attractive route to generating early cash flows from the Concession". Financing discussions were ongoing, FID expected in Q2 2020 and first gas in 2021. Alongside this, we've heard more than once that farmout discussions with "a wide range of credible and well-funded parties" were taking place.
I don't think any of these discussions were fabricated. They simply never came to anything. But you'd think that the experience would teach SOU that talks are just talks until people have signed on the dotted line. It's been five months since Calvalley has any exclusivity arrangement with SOU as far as we've been told. That has to be a giant red flag to anyone who assumes that Calvalley are vigorously pursuing this deal. It's also a serious danger to SOU and extremely foolish of them to continue on this way. So Graham is either being foolish or he is actively pursuing other avenues. You can't have it both ways.
Kylie75...Graham is human.properly he had a bad day.or he didn't get his oats ftom his wife.so I wouldn't read too much into the presentation.
I believe it is the calm before the storm.its going to happen and you will leave with your tail between your legs.

Good god…..well noticed! He said multiple times in February it was happening, it would happen, it was certain. Not once was he anywhere near that clear or confident this time. There’s an obvious reason why. This GL guy is no different to James Parsnips. A complete liar and snake oil salesman that’s close to being found out!! Don’t be in here when it happens…tik tok, tik tok…..
I didn't think that GL sounded as confident about the deal happening as in the previous presentation a few weeks earlier.
I bought a shed load at 0.62p if that helps. I've only been in a few months, which is enough to see the warped game you are playing. Trying to pray an peoples insecurities, shameful de-ramping for your own gains. Bring on the Cal Valley news, see how much you hear from this Avatar then.
Let’s say someone (not KTF obviously) bought a modest £10,000 of sound shares at 50p (nowhere near the high of £1) that’s 20,000 shares and didn’t sell any they would be at a loss of £9,840 at 0.8p current price. If they then bought 3.28 million shares at a low of 0.5p they would have to invest £16,400 . Their shares at 0.8p would be worth £26,400 today i.e. break even. How many investors bought at higher than 50p but were savvy enough to buy more than 3.3 million shares when the price was at rock bottom ?? No wonder there’s so much ramping going on
07-May-24 15:25:18 0.85 500,000 Buy* £4,250, not bad after the Bank Holiday.
Tuesday is for SOUND : BUY BUY BUY
Yep , back in the box & malky sat on the lid ! Hope we here the rid is starting to move onto our patch soon
No Punch without Judy……………Time for the none shareholders to get back in the Box!
Hope the SP holds into the close
Well said ducati2....
Well it won’t be GL saying “That’s the way to do it”
No Punch without Judy!……….SP looking steady.
What words of Wisdom today?
Love it.just love it.kiley well and truly ratted.job accomplished.
Now patience ly we all true ltls wait for cavalley to sign.
Everyone enjoys a bit of banter otherwise it would be a dreary chat room just listening to the “deal is done or the deal is close” brigade without being questioned on their optimism. Hope the old lady enjoyed her flowers and you didn’t mention any fantastic opportunities on AIM where she can invest her pension.
Why don’t you filter him Kylie? Just saying’ 🤷♂️
SOUNDBOY/ADAM – you’re am complete joke, how you can keep posting here is beyond me. What you posted is both extremely clear and completely contradictory at the same time! Either way, you’re clearly full of utter sh&te as you’ve admitted in the past. A dart chucker, nothing more.
On 26 April you wrote “Right girls and boys...I'm putting my reputation on the line here..Cavalley is a done deal.clues were on the last rns..if its not then I will stop posting.thats a promise...” – yet you still post??!! It clearly isn’t done in any sense, as GL made clear days after your bs post.
Then on 30th April you wrote “We have time on our side now. Personally I hope Graham tells cavalley no deal. 40% is a lot to give away. there are others interested .Once we are producing we can fund some drilling ourselves...future looking and getting better. i for one am happy with today's Rns.bring on the presentation tonight.” I mean wtf? Why would you post that if on 26th April you ‘knew’ a deal had been done. You’re nothing but a compete chancer and bs artist, now have some backbone and stop posting would you. At least fire up a new login and get around it that way, for you to keep posting is beyond cringy.
Bye bye.
Graham definitely sent a subliminal message to Calvalley in the presentation. He stated that it is taking too long, meaning that they need to sign if they really want the deal. I hope they really do want it, if that is the case, we should hear news quite soon, the longer this drags on, the least likely it is ever going to be signed. The odds however are that it will be signed, fingers crossed.
Adam is a troll just like Pescado and Kyle. They're all different side of a same coin
Adam, you may well be wishing and hoping this deal is done, but its not you really don't know if it will be.
No-one knows for sure if its going to complete at this stage, not even Graham.
'Its taken too long' - I think were his last words.
Unless you are a more senior advisor than him within Sound Energy that is??
I wish all long suffering investors here well and I am really hoping for a positive outcome for all.
Time will tell, but once again I rather frustratingly find myself repeating the line 'Lets hope for some new this month'
GLA Shareholders
I said if cavalley walk away.i will stop posting.as yet they haven't..
I know the deal is done .its just patience that we need now.the rns could drop any day soon now.
That’s reminded me, they’ll soon be new research notes released from new broker.
Desperate post that.
Currently the rig is only 100% late compared to the stated position as recently as 19-Feb (when it was due in late March) ... and it's STILL not here. In October last we were told that fabrication of the mLNG storage tank was complete and due for delivery by year end. Now it is looking doubtful for the end of the FOLLOWING year. This has nothing to do with the "wind sock" on site. I mean, the statement that the mLNG tank fabrication was complete must have been a flat out falsehood. Is anyone going to take responsibility for this fiasco?
And at the end of all this, Phase 1 is worth next to zilch. (Unrisked value 0.5 pps according to SP Angel).
