Graham has over 2m shares and Mohammed over 11m. In addition they have over 12m nil cost options between them so have a big incentive to start generating revenue and increasing the share price.
Where did you get those figures from? If you are looking at the Annual Report then all the remuneration other than salary was taken either a shares or options so rather than fleecing shareholders they are supporting them by not taking contractually payable bonuses in cash but as shares/options reflecting their faith in the future of the company.
So am I but I’ve done that before and regretted it. Not going to do it again.
Great summary Derby ,my thoughts exactly.only problem is I’m having a top up itch , but resistance is strong .
That is how I see it too Derby. Potential upside now is considerable.
Current value is eroded to next to nothing.
Each to their own agenda, but as far as I see it GL et al. have turned a basket case company into one where
1: tax cases settled
2: bond deferred
3: exploration permits extended
4: partnership with ONEE
5: terms for very large development loan agreed
6: partner agreement to fund mLNG, phase2 and exploration being finalised
7: mLNG first gas early 2024
8: sufficient cash to get to first gas
9: HUGE exploration potential
10: 10 million a year revenue phase 1 net to sound and 40 million a year phase 2 net to sound
11: HUGE exploration potential with first well to be a free ride for sound.
It takes time, so what, I don’t need the money right now and am happy to wait for the HUGE return.
I don’t spend my mornings checking for an RNS or (like others) hoping there isn’t one!
😊
We will know if Sound is going to be successful one way or another within a few months (relatively speaking). We are heading towards the final crunch so might as well be patient for a little while longer. If GL turns out to be another JP (I don’t think he is btw) then so be it. There’s only potential upside for me now. If my shareholding ends up worthless I’m not much worse off than I am now.
Keeptofacts…
Don’t burry your head in the sands…the CEO and COO are fleecing a company which is already begging for finance or do you want to keep on wearing your rose tinted glasses 24/7!
Both haven’t bought a single share for years …tell us why they can’t invest in their company at this current knockdown sp?
Absolutely ridiculous to accept both and keep on singing their praises…
Speak for yourself, I'm not suffering.
go on, how much would you pay the bod of a company that will make 50 million a year soon?
Ducati2 your the man, that’s great viewing with our site at Tendrara, continues to grow. LNG storage tank foundation, foundations for the skid mounted units of the processing plant, evaporation pond and our field office, warehouse/storage facilities in the background.
Looks amazing, see where the money is going and needed for success in 2024 and onwards…..
Sound Buy Buy Buy.
CEO and COO takes over £1m a year salaries!
Fleecing the company finance blatantly…
Shareholders are suffering while these two are milking it!!
Thanks Ducati, all moving in the right direction, despite what some would wish for.
Not sure if that link loaded?

0.77p bid, a new all time low.
Honest question, has anyone got anything back from the company regarding the two funding deadlines being missed? I haven’t despite three attempts. I even checked my spelling and grammar before sending. Seems they’re realising the worst to me.
CB seller back this morning
GL said a couple of key pieces of information due in autumn…….obviously these things are always on time.
There are only about 11 weeks left of 2023.
It's possible that by Christmas we will receive confirmation of this deal with Calvalley being agreed which would mean we are fully funded for the Phase 2 project with the bonus of a drill programme in place for TE4 which I think would likely happen in 2024.
Regardless of the above, we should expect to be receiving revenues from Phase 1 production in 2024 and with a good forthcoming RNS we may just have more accurate timelines for this actually happening.
If the initial drill at TE-4 were to be successful (I think 36% chance from SE summary) then I think this would give our new partner incentive to back another drill and the share price could really gain traction.
If no success then with this drill bit then we still have Phase 2 revenues to look forward here to in late 25/26 (with the deal across the line)
Most of this would likely materialise or be mapped out in 2024 which would give long suffering shareholders a far more rosy outlook moving forward and plenty of potential to build on the current deflated SP.

Sound : Buy Buy Buy
Uber ramper 😂.
Wouldn’t class myself as that. But I did hope for a lot more than where we currently are……..
There’s still time…….i hope.
Jobbsinscl, there’s a blast from the last! Uber ramper, similar to KTF but if I recall less stoopid!
You get excited really quickly Kylie 🙄
I think it’s understandable. GL is spending his entire working week dropping his trousers as he gives away more and more, it’s a time consuming business getting shafted.
I am really surprised we are still waiting for the f/out to be completed. The exclusivity period ended early August and no news since.
Been here for years and years and did ok when JP here, top sliced etc but did wait a little too long for family legacy, £10 wont cut it etc..
But if this takes too long now, will the world still want the gas??...i am holding but this is such a bore now, at least JP gave it some oomph
