Hi Quady.
Serious money buyout or production.
I really don't mind.
We will find out soon.
Surely we can have a little fun while the big boys play their games?
GLA TRUE SOLGERS
I am glad you cleared that up newtoit, production it is.
May I reiterate that what I still believe that we can all agree on. That is, we only know what is known. What is not known is still unknown and until the unknown is known it remains unknown.
I feel confident that the statement is clear to all and settles any confusion until it unfolds very shortly.
Earthling, you have been shouting takeover for years, and now you think a concert party, involving groups of investors, who are in competition with each other, are going to sell out cheap.
You have been wrong for years.
Your track record is really not good.
You don't show calculations for your assertions, because you don't know how to, and you are clueless on how to value a company like Solgold at different stages.
Goodnight Earthling.
One thing is for sure, it's going to be very interesting to see which scenario ends up playing out for Cornerstone. I say that from the sidelines, because I'm not sure I'd want to own a share that had an "interesting" future!
I give up with you, no more communication please, save your insults for someone else, you clearly don't have a clue how any of it works, unbelievable!
Earthling, I just watched the Cornerstone interview you posted, it completely makes my point. CGP, will not act in concert with BHP, they want to be brought out. On the figures he mentions, BHP or anyone else won't pay it.
Please show your calculations on the 3 figures given in the interview.
its coming and there is probably only you on here who can't see the obvious, yet you reply with insults etc.
When you are proven wrong about your hours and hours of nonsense, I bet you wont come on and apologise for your stupidity
https://youtu.be/_tDA5Do9lKE
Stop using insults and wake up, makes you seem very childish and basic tbh
deary me, you really need it explaining why BHP, NCM and CGP may act together?
I think its you who needs a reality check, you clearly no NOTHING
Earthling, where is your evidence that BHP,NCM,CGP and PI's are going to act in concert. That is the maddest post on any chatroom, I have ever seen.
I know your name is Earthling, but I am beginning to question, if you were born on this planet.
Please supply your evidence, for this mad assertion.
Why don’t you explain, for once, how we could defend against a bid from NCM and BHP with CGP on side? Not to mention the majority of pi’s?
Doh! Think you’re drinking too much?
Oh dear Quady
I thought maths was your strong point? Lols
You ask why would NCM and BHP sell cheap? They’d be buying it you plonker, we all know CGP want this so they would agree to it, as would many pi’s
Ps it’s not me that’s doesn't Understand how it works, look in the mirror for that
Oh dear Earthling, not only don't you understand how to value a company, or why this is hard to takeover, you don't seem to understand addition and subtraction.
If BHP bids, they need NCM and CGP's share, what makes you think they will sell cheap.
As for Blackrock, you can bet they are backing NM all the way.
What you fail to understand Earthling, is that this can be defended.
Ask yourself, what happens after NM secures the 2.7 billion dollars for the build.
Do you mean Blackrock?
Adding onto Earthling posts, who are these large investors you are talking about? Have I missed them With? With bhp and ncm and if they do join, then more likely Blackstone would too. Thats all the new team would need and NM is out. I too wish there were drilling results to share, but surely he would have shared this info if there was anything to share. I think the timing of covid hasn't helped. PFS will come and as usual, the spike will see sellers bring this back to current levels because everyone at this point is long and just wants to make some cash. I don't blame them for trading and selling. From posts I believe redknight might have corporate finance experience to shed some light as to how this might payout as a coup. With few large banks now having initiated on SOLG something is definitely stiring. I just don't see how it can be good news for NM. For SOLG shareholders, right now I firmly believe the majority would sell at the 50 to 80p range. If new management came in, at least we know where the share price would go in a flash.
Again Quady what you ignore in that statement is that BHP and NCM already have a stake, add that to CGP share and pi’s and it’s a done deal?
Why can’t you understand this?
Then ssmith_trader, I am dreaming. No one can get this for under a pound for one simple reason. The main stakeholders, will not sell their shares on the cheap. This is about understanding how to value a company, not what the share price currently is. Yes I would like it to be higher at this stage, but it's really unimportant.
NM has said on a number of occasions the share price is worryingly low. Unfortunately for him and SOLG not only has he ran out of time to get the share price higher through drilling results but he won't even get Cornerstone votes. If he had any information he would have shared this by now, seeing how BHP / Newcrest can now, should they want, get SOLG on the cheap (anything between 50 and 70p) through their stakeholding and buying CGP. This is a more realistic scenario than NM taking this to production. From every previous post here, I think most investors would take that deal. Those thinking of £1+ are dreaming
Schlemiel, this is inaccurate, as the dates you quote, were when Alpala, was much smaller, as we started to expand Alpala, the PFS was bound to be delayed, as for May 2019, we didn't know the extent of outcropping.
There is no need to delay the PFS, we don't have long to wait.
I believe it will be here by next Tuesday, even though we are still drilling at Alpala.
In May 2019, Mather said it would be ready by Dec 2019
In Oct 2019, Mining-journal said March Q - 2020
Now it's Oct 2020
So that's a delay of 10 months. It's that to be believed? I don't think so. They're holding it back until the expiration of the SOLG-BHP Standstill Agreement. All the important corporate events appear to revolve around the Sun that is the end of Standstill
The PFS is the most important document SOLG will have released since they uncovered the giant that is Alpala. It's a pivotal and will allow investors to attach a monetary value to SOLG's 85 (hopefully, 100% if CGP can be persuaded to take SOLG stock before SOLG is taken out by a major, fingers crossed)
