Seems there is a potential value in hiring the guy but it is to the management not to the PIs.
We’ve had some so bad, so horrible we’ve had to cut the project short within days.
(I have a thing with my people…”if you ever dread coming to work or picking up the phone…I’ll dump the client”) – even if the CEO is a friend. Life is too short to get screamed at for a week….emotions…..frustrations…..we can handle.
Really nasty - forget it. Life’s too short.
SOLG is a dream.
As the purpose of Sean being engaged with the investors It's a good idea to share it all.
Happy to fill you in.
I was brought in to update the company contact list.
It’s a neat niche our family business operates in, but it brings serious value to the people and companies we do it for.
For the record, I don’t do it on a whim.
Because the second I put my name out there, I get inundated with friends and peers from all over the world asking me the same questions….so I end up “owning” whatever story I’m personally attached to for life….
Someone asked me one day, “how do you choose the people or companies you work with?”
My answer is simple; I only work with people I would invite into my home or leave alone with my kids.
I don’t play the undervalued card like most.
Truth is that a company is very specifically valued at the close of every day.
Everything else is dreaming.
The only way a stock goes up, is when the company is accomplishing real stuff.
But I do think SOLG is on a very good track with the right CEO, and an amazing project.
I’ve worked as a senior officer/registered insider of several explorers, developers and producers and I am connected to a lot of people smarter than me who are saying the same positive things about the company.
What’s interesting about today – is the environment is changing fast.
Normally, a developer or producer spends 99% of their time communicating with their largest shareholders/institutions…..those convenient days are done.
Why?
Because a single shareholder who only owns 500 shares of the company may be posting 20 things a day on social media.
In our company we call it the rise of the ants……..one little ant may be connected online with millions of other ones…and suddenly….those ants can sway votes….
I can’t say the name, but a CEO friend had 150,000 shareholders on their list.
90,000 of them voted against everything…..
Scared the Board like you wouldn’t believe.
90,000….INDIVIDUAL shareholders.
Little guys….sitting in front of their screens….talking to everyone.
Call a major mining company IR department ….see if you get a call back.
You won’t. They only care about their institutional holders….for now.
So, what we do, is make sure those ants feel part of the story.
And great things can happen….I can actually see a little uptick since we started calling people. Now you know. 😊
We don’t just call retail, sometimes we stumble upon very serious institutional people along the way also….we never prejudge…we treat every call like a KING OR QUEEN.
Because we never know who’s on the other end of that phone.
What I can share, is there has been overwhelming positive comments come back at me.
All bs aside….when you reach out to 100 people a day….you can expect a myriad of emotions…..BU
Typo, fat fingers on small phone..
His huge comment...
Perhaps Sean has decided to get an head start by reaching out to shareholders now in readiness for the 2024 agm! Start canvassing now with hope of securing votes for what will be turbulent 2024 agm meeting!
As for is huge comment, will it be a huge success, or a huge failure? Let us see what Q1 brings:)
Shipright
Much appreciated

I will summarise it when I get home. I'm trying to contact some old friends who's emails I've lost
Shipright,
Why can’t you post the email here if you have his permission, I would like to see it if possible
Atb
Thanks SM. Happy New Year to you also.
Yes, I will try to use filter more in 2024.
A reason for not wanting to use Telegram is the lunatics like BBG!
Hopeful of a positive conclusion to SOLG saga this year.
Tell me screen name please
Got a nice reply regarding his role and permission to share.
If you have my email send one over and I'll forward it to you.
He's very positive and wants to engage with private investors.
BBG - I had posted "much of what Eloro posted is reasonable". And by this I meant items related to IPA.
Are we allowed different views on this board?
I assure you I've been invested for considerably longer than November. If you couldn't work that out, that probably explains your other knowledge gaps.
"The terms of the IPA are done" - I guess I missed the RNS. But I genuinely hope one arrives soon.
I'll leave you to your own little world. Filtered.
Goodbye loser
Very good Sharemarket... So are you Pete or Sohail? twat....
Arrived in November and is suddenly an expert regarding the IPA.....
What a pork chop they must think we are...
Compliments Eloro alot and continues to discuss the IPA. The terms of the IPA are done.
Notmuchbrains has moved onto the filter list....
NotMuchMoney - I wouldn't bother with BBG. On the Telegram channel he mentions it recently became apparent he was totally unaware of the fact that we are negotiating a revised IPA and the shortfall in SOLG committed spend. He resorts to ad hominem attacks and r*cist abuse when he gets found out (as you have experienced and will see more of, shortly).
The sane amongst us value your measured input! Happy new year.
I only have needsapoke on filter but the other one is posting too!
Keep talking to yourself pal
Notmuchbrains,
You're one of the biggest derampers on this site. You've even called Eloro reasonable. Eloro is not reasonable and when I challenged that person with facts, my post got 14 recommendations.
I bet you £100 that you are not even invested... Are you on the Telegram thread?
Wonder what’s rattled his cage. Vermin boxes everywhere.
I got an email from Sean Tufford just before Christmas too. I did wonder if it was a fake but checked it out and seems legit. I emailed him back and await a reply or call. I shall let you know if I get anything of interest and he authorises me to post it.
How many shares do you need to have to be contacted directly by Solgold? Obviously I don't own enough.
Bbg, that makes 28 times you've said I'm filtered, yet responded to my post.
You and aquinaga are having trouble getting over being ridiculed aren't you.
What with your aus/italian/uk posts being ridiculed, and aquinaga claim to be mathers mate ridiculed, it must of really upset you both.
Sulking and becoming obsessed with someone, is not good for your mental health
Aquinaga, 27 out of 29
BBG - referring to me as "Notmuchbrains" reflects poorly on you.
My 31st Dec post was balanced and specific to the revised IPA.
What had I said that was incorrect? We have a new Govt since July Exploitation Agreement. Relationships with new Govt may well be ok. But surely reasonable to consider the risk of Govt wanting things moving faster, particularly given current IPA 'shortfall'?
Like you I want a positive outcome here. However I suspect that outcome may be less life-changing than I hoped for a few years ago.
As BN.C stated, surely the purpose of the board is for reasoned debate.
I post facts and try to keep it balanced - I've been slightly over-optimistic at times and slightly over-pessismistic at other times. But still more credible than many on here.
