just 65p?
Just seen a revised broker review with a Buy target of 65p...
UT 974,364 at 17.10...down 2% on such an exciting day...
Great week here up over 12% unfortunately from lower than would like but great opportunity to and have topped up to a fairly life changing amount when this surely blows
Have a lovely calm weekend knowing that another firm foundation has been laid.
ONWARDS AND UPWARDS!!!
DaveTheHorse is on ADVN accusing us guys on here of being pump and dump merchants.
Hilarious given his own posts.
Those of us who've been in Solg for years and not sold at 40p are hardly in the pump and dump game.
Like I said before London opened this morning who knows where the sp will end up? I am content to add next week once the froth has blown off the sp. SOLG starting to look like a decent buy and hold.
Bots having been selling for most of the afternoon buying back steadily at the end of the day...
Cheers LL and well done today!
So basically they have no antidilution rights...
Meanwhile, people are talking about propsects in the CGP portfolio and making it easier to develop Cascabel, but...
Only yesterday people were still worried about cash running out...
Why would you think it would be any easier to raise cash now...?
Bonkers...
Better to ask why the Vice Minister of MInes was tweeting about a Mitsui wish to buy into Cascabel and what they were doing there in the first place rather than going direct to SOLG or CGP...?
Something is afoot...
BHP has agreed to pay 45 pence per SolGold share, which represents a 32 per cent premium to the 20 day volume-weighted average London Stock Exchange price of 34 pence per share as determined on 15 October 2018.
Further Information – Share subscription agreement
Under the share subscription agreement, BHP has the right to nominate one director to the SolGold board. BHP also has anti-dilution rights for a two year period to allow it to preserve its shareholding at 10 per cent.
Hope this helps RK.
Thought you spent most of everyday researching? Not hard to find out surely?
Massive,
Give us all peace. .
Everyday same old nonsense from you. Always at the heart of any argument.
You have a sad life, on here 24/7 having a poke at someone. For entertainment...
Solg with teflon coating - can only see it wearing off when a bid turns up! Good news ref merger nonetheless - it was fun (not).
Cheers
Unlucky novice...
Have a lovely weekend all.

Post merger would it not make sense to finally put a nail in the coffin of the woeful and expensive TSX dual listing. It's utterly pointless. Volumes non existent. And while we are at it, perhaps the new merged company could be called SoldGold & Copper Resources? Need to get that copper word in there so the auto bots know what to buy up when copper gets a jog on soon.
Aside from the obvious benefits of acquiring (sorry friendly merger) of CGP, is there anything else in the CGP folio that noteworthy excluding 15% ENSA?? I thought they had some promising drill results a few weeks or so ago. Licence blocks in Chile?
It would appear that some people would like to be out over the weekend.
What a day!
All off Book trades are sales now...tree shake...?
SP 17.27 and falling...
Anybody going to answer this please?
Can somebody remind me if BHP still have anti dilution rights...?
Can somebody remind me if BHP still have anti dilution rights...?
SOLG currently at the equivalent of 18.2p on TSX...means nothing...
So if they didn't Colonel, who did...you're being naughty...there is no doubt there was a deal which was blocked...who else has the power to do that...unless it was Nick+DGR+CGP+Tenstar...?
Now why would they do that.....?
So heres the thing...
Most of you on here believe this is a done deal...
If so, it values SOLG at LESS THAN the current price...so how is that good news...?
Because liek Quady you think that we can now take 10 years to develop Cascabel...really...?
No.
And first thing this morning hundreds of thousands of shares were being bought blindly while the deal valued SOLG shares at 11.4p...
So with the SP down approximately 20% from the highest price paid this morning, what are those people going to do...?
Which is why the SP is now DOWN on the day rather than 37% UP like CGP...
But being a contrarian, this is why I believe totally that this is a ruse to fluch out bidders; that the merger will never go through; that even 18.98 that I paid earlier will be a bargain; and that SOLG will be sold by the end of 2022 for north of £1...
Patience...
