Novice we know Slug is a man.
Remember DBW refers to him as his friend.
Also only a man with a hatred for women, could degrade women so much.
So Zoros is correct.
Loving the way that zoro is so convinced slug is a man... And therein lies the problem with an anonymous BB that people actually take notice of what other members post. Clearly LSE admin don't care as it generates posts and income for them otherwise they would have permanently banned over a year ago. Wouldn't be surprised if it is all in house to generate discussion and more posts
We'll never let scum like slug - off!
The ban seems to be working - I bet he's fuming (hopefully) after all his bravado about trashing the site.
Sad excuse for a human being.
Z
Yes Bubble, the fuse has been lit. Watch the share price skyrocket. NM has a flare for this with flying colours. We’ll let off Slug just this once.
Well .. I know it wasn't me.
;-)
Monte …. Many reasons to get excited
Those 3 125k's were just RK clearly out some lose change from his pocket. No need to get too excited.
Might see some fireworks this week lol!!:)
Very nice buy Indeed
Indeed Fort at least 3 circa 125k above 17p at one point
Yes but the real truth doesn't print with that UT. The auction had over 1m on the book at prices around 16.7p to 17.3p. Not seen that for a while. Yet mysteriously the UT closes at 16p.
The thing with SOLG is that one week is can be 16p and doing nothing and the next week it can be into the 30's.
Like many have highlighted already, it's hard to buy 10m shares+ without pushing the sp past 24p with speed. But it seems easier to nick 1m blocks here and there over the course of 2 weeks and gain the 10m that way.
The book looks like it's beginning to come out of the usual control tactics so could be lift off very soon.
Bodes well RK... this company is as leaky as a sieve, so if someone is chucking in £173,000 of their hard earned cash in one go who knows what they might know...
I've got a good feeling about this.
After a quiet day...
UT 1,083,072...
Whoever treated themselves to 1 million SOLG shares today - best of luck mate!
Large UT buy after the bell there... hopefully they'll let us finish above 16p this week....
And this also thanks to the FT this morning:
"Global plans to electrify economies and cut carbon emissions could be slowed down by copper shortages, the head of the world’s largest listed producer of the metal has warned.
Richard Adkerson, chief executive and chair of US mining group Freeport-McMoran, said surging global demand for copper for the rapid rollout of electric cars, renewable electricity and power lines would cause a shortfall.
“There is going to be a very significant shortage in copper,” he said. “It’s going to be very difficult to meet the aspirations that have been set.”
Copper is crucial for “greening” the economy because of its ability to conduct electricity. An electric car can use three times the amount of copper as a combustion engine counterpart, while renewable energy projects tend to need five times the volume of the metal as traditional gas, coal and nuclear power plants.
Sorry our posts crossed.
Isnt it Chinas intention to have an armlock on all strategic metals and REMs...?
Interesting snippet in the FT regarding Tesla holding talks with Glencore. Car markers are increasingly looking ahead to the vote till mining shortages of key metals (in next 5 to 10 years) and clearly trying to get a step ahead in mission to dominate electric car market. We had the chip shortage fiasco recently and car markers do not want a copper shortage fiasco dent sales.
If Mitsui bagged SOLG then in effect that would scare the Japanese car industry. And that's one very big chunk of the market.
When the copper shortage arrives, car manufactures do not want to be paying 5 times the price levels today.
Easy shush!!:)
Is just one of several large players keen to own better copper resources. Recession or not the world needs more copper.
"Anglo American (OTCQX:AAUKF) (OTCQX:NGLOY) reported Thursday that Q3 production was broadly flat from a year ago, as lower copper output offset a ramp up in coal operations and a strong performance at its De Beers diamond unit.
Anglo (OTCQX:AAUKF) (OTCQX:NGLOY) said Q3 copper production fell 6% Y/Y to 147K metric tons, citing planned lower grades at its operations in Chile and unfavorable ore characteristics at Los Bronces, partly offset by first production of copper from the Quellaveco project in Peru."
Poor old quady. He could start a fightin an empty house.
Patience is a virtue imho the reward far outweighs the risks not long we hope for takeover news gla
The market fears the unknow.
If you have no faith in the shares, you should consider selling now..
And take what you can, before all is lost.
40p is only the starting position once , the murky waters have been cleared.
We have nae sayers, and the yeah ...
As to why the can has been kicked down the road , before the AGM on the very last opportunity of Q4 .
We have to believe, those in charge are working hard to resolve the situation they find themselves in.
Keep the faith, negatively only brings fear.. we all have skin in the game.
‘ We are 10yrs down the line and the true worth is slowly being recognised. ’
Where is this recognition? The share price has collapsed to 15p and still no one is interested in buying shares… the volume is as dire as it has ever been
