Dunk1973 - see you at the party if we ever get there! You can come over and wipe my tears away yourself! Looking forward to the love and cuddles we are going to have!
Mwaaah!
It was a big surprise AZ got involved in covid , cancer drug company not a great deal of experience in vaccination, . From book Vaxxers by sarah Gilbert and Catherine green
Yet here you are on a page dedicated to SNG??
You and your pals who troll this page are seriously worse at delivering than Synairgen
Seriously - you are actually saying this...
""The fact the trial failed is irrelevant to the point which is that Astra saw the company and it’s drug as a worth doing a deal with worth hundreds of millions.""
Its like me buying a car and discovering it had no engine - of course AZ got their money back FFS! SNG has failed to deliver since 2014....AZ know that .
Well
There’s certainly truth in its all lies. Your posting history tends to confirm that oj17
oj17 - If you read why AZN pulled out it’s because they had no data to go on because not enough of the pool of patients got infected with a virus.
Had the asthma trial run during the pandemic I doubt it would have been stopped and it could be a different story.
Oj17
It was a quick guess without looking back but given it was 2014-15 in todays money it’s probably more!
The fact the trial failed is irrelevant to the point which is that Astra saw the company and it’s drug as a worth doing a deal with worth hundreds of millions.
Ghia,
I think the simple answer about AZ not returning to SNG during the pandemic is the fact that they had enough data from 2014-2016 trial to realise it wasnt worth the risk/investment.
I find it impossible to believe that RM/SNG would have rejected any offer from AZ - and lets face it because it didnt happen - any other large pharma making any sort of offer. Its a dead horse move on.
Oj17 - That headline is a bit misleading though.
Tommy
you know this is absolute lies
""Makes you wonder why Astra Zeneca offered to pay 250m for a company that hasn’t brought anything to market in 20 years""
The truth
""The drugmaker (AZ)had hoped to develop the medicine for vulnerable patients with asthma and chronic lung disease, but it will now return rights to the product, known as AZD9412, to Synairgen.
Synairgen had licensed the drug to AstraZeneca in 2014 in a deal worth $232 million. Serious doubts about the product emerged in October 2016, however, when AstraZeneca stopped a mid-stage clinical study.
Again another trial FAILED...AZ did NOT try to pay SNG 250M - get it RIGHT! Otherwise mani will report you.......
Tommy - Allow me to play devils advocate for 5mins since you’ve stumble on a point that troubles me.
Poly - invested to make money as we all did.
Activ - Saw enough in the drug to warrant a spot on the trial but prioritised others (perhaps drug availability?)
AZN - Binned us off, now I’m well versed in the reasonings for AZN’s decision except for the fact that given the dramatic turn of events why did AZN not re-evaluate their position ref SNG. Surely it was a no brainier for them to stump up the cash to run the trials during the peak of the pandemic instead SNG where forced to go it alone and raise through the markets.
There is only one favourable explanation for this and this is that SNG rebuffed any AZN advance this could have turned out to be a grave miscalculation.
The perceived lack of interest from AZN is a worry I’d love to know the inside line on this from both companies perspectives.
Tommy , how about poor decisions???
Axe stop crying like a little girl. Go and get a cuddle from your Mummy.
Makes you wonder why Poly invested in a company that hasn’t brought anything to market in 20 years?
Makes you wonder why Astra Zeneca offered to pay 250m for a company that hasn’t brought anything to market in 20 years
Makes you wonder why Activ2 bothered with a drug from a company that hasn’t brought anything to market in 20 years.
Makes you wonder why people with that view invested here in the first place and keep banging on about it?
Lol! Says the poster that response to every single one of my posts 100% of the time with abusive and bullying tactics pushing your agenda only!
I am never abusive to you, just respond to your willingness to always have the last word on every thread! Every discussion! It's always got to be about your agenda, your opinions and be obnoxious to everyone else on here that sees you for what you are!
Please don't dismiss your wonderful repetitive posting history by understating it like it does not matter. Anyone who takes the time to read it will clearly see who and what you represent! Abject failure in reading a share and direction of travel. Its all there, over and over again!
Same posts, same speak, same pumping, same result!
If we get to the end of September with no news then I might start to get a little twitchy.
Axe
Investing is about the future not the past. ..What matters here is the progress SNG001 has made,
how it is perceived in the wider medical community. Will we get onto STRIVE, are our LC
results going to be significant. Getting hung up on RM pay packge is not what any
investor should be concentrating on here if you are an investor.... At the end of the day
it is about our drug and its commercial potential. SPRINTER has provided the data
and now we look to getting onto a funded trial based on that...Not on RM...
My last post to you as your abusive responses are a little immature..Not worth my time!
No the point is he being stating what you are for past 12 to 14 yrs! So we are still in 100% limbo with this - is it a Lifestyle venture or are they for real. Only time will tell, but not with your assumptions. Which reading through your history you say exactly the same repeated rhetoric on every share you comment on.
Almost to the letter! You also respond, and call out every single thread that is not alighted with your continuous ramping and then drop commenting on that share like a bad smell when it goes pear shaped completely or you have got what you aimed to do for your own gain.
I for one know your modus operandi, shame the others cannot see it. It is all in the History if you spend a bit of time educating yourself with Mani's marvellous trading record under this handle.
Axe
The point is..Would RM rather work for another 10/15 years or Get SNG001 through
a successful P3 and retire in 12/18months with Millions in the Bank.... ????
I think we all know the answer...!
Mani-c! RM already extremely wealthy, he is in between 250k and 300k per year! Which I might as is paid purely out of our money that we have provided to the company operate with. Have you forgotten the company makes next to nothing is actual sales after 20 years?.
So RM has taken something like 2 million out of this company and has given zero return for it to the shareholders paying him!
RM taken 1 pound out the company makes him rich as he has contributed f-all to his own salary to date!
We had an update 5 weeks ago
What exactly do people think has changed since then that within the companies control, given what I’ve just explained?
As far as I can see the only thing in the companies control is LC and we were told that would follow after the peer review.
Hayashi....
I think RM could retire a very wealthy man if we succeed here and go sailing all day..
Genuine investors know what RM would prefer... Look at their share options
a whiff of success and they are multi millionnaires.... Keep it real !!
They want this to be a commercial organisation as much as wee do.. !!!
Well if nothing is in control of the company it explains why the sp is below 30p!
Marsden will be loving it..the longer he can keep the salary coming in the better for him.
Spin out them trials for years is his hope.
We have a timetable from the company
Peer review waiting on publication, not in the control of the company
Activ2 data not in the control of the company
Long Covid data to follow. This has to be analysed and patients contacted. This data spans several continents and geographical regions and multiple languages. It’s not easy or quick to do.
We expect to join a trial and be treating patients this winter. It’s not winter yet and we don’t control the trial.
Constantly asking for updates is a rather futile point when the company have already told you what they’re doing
xviolet,
I believe that’s the link you’re looking for.
