Nobody here has mentioned the hire of Head of GMP Quality Assurance, Paul Tomlinson.
A user on Reddit has uncovered all the major hires so far; good to see the info transmitted into the other groups.
For me personally, firstly the hire of the Head of CMC this month (particularly, and I cannot stress that enough), followed by the hire of Head of Comms who just happens to be American, only points to positive news and a sense of longevity for SNG001. I can see no conceivable reason to make 2 such commercially necessary and core hires to such a small organisation, were there not a strong business case to justify the hiring and spend, at this point in time. The BOD would have signed off on both roles, not on a whim but based on odds being in favour. I feel something is brewing, like a nice strong hot cup of good news.
Maybe others disagree, and that's OK. It's not a ramp, just an observation.
Fingers crossed folks. GLA.
Hopefully news will drop pretty soon, P3 should finish next Friday and it’s been almost 5 weeks since we found out Activ 2 recruitment had finished. I’m expecting this to go nuclear in next month.
I see nothing unusual here. In fact, I now don’t expect any update on the trials until after the half yearly update is out of the way.
That fits in with MKC Strategies, LLC (US Media Relations) been amongst the contacts.
1300 kickoff time looks like it's aimed at the US Market.
Synairgen are following the same standard procedure as every company that I am currently invested in. The fact that it is “business as usual” with share price movements this morning shows that this is nothing out of the ordinary.
Peelweight - as was the case with the AGM I suspect the details of the webinar will be published on the company’s website about 72 hrs prior to it happening.
Typo, no “a”!
Does being a mere investors mean we are locked out, as not analysts??
I asked yesterday why there hasn’t been a notice of results as most PLCs issue them. All do who have a Q&A for analysts as they’ll need to diarise. Looking back SNG hasn’t put one out but didn’t have a Q&A so didn’t have to. Good they have a Q&A this year though.
NDN - It clearly means something otherwise they would never have published it! The questions are what and why, is there a hidden message in it?
Could be "last chance to buy @ 1.60 ish"
Or
Could be "warning large investors"
Either way its going to be a interesting 7 investment days.
Gold
Heads of Comms developing relationships already.
Time to buy more, I feel.
It will probs fluctuate until positive news comes?
Well that was not on my expectation radar. But even news about getting news means I don’t need my usual coffee.
I wonder how the shares will react to this RNS POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE?
Ok, I'll stop the overactive brain, then.
More coffee, matron, please.
Shocked to even see an RNS for any reason! Someone must have set an alarm clock to wake them up..
Ncyt, AVCT and Val have all done it too.
Its very odd, I've never cone across why company has issued AN RNS to tell us when the results would be out.
Is this normal? An RNS to just announce the date that results will be announced, and only a few days away?
Why not just announce the results on the day, why the need to give everyone a heads up?
Is this really an RNSable item - could they have just put something out on Twitter and a press release etc?
Questions only, I know, but is it me, or is finding this a little odd a realistic thought?
theboyg - it’s to allow the investment community incl analysts to diarise the investors’ call.
The excitement as soon as that refresh revealed an RNS to the instant disappointment it is not what any of us have been waiting for
What is point???
